@@videovoyagersaus the box has no model on it. But based on the video on the QR code it's a F166. It has some kind of obstacle avoidance system on the top but I don't use it much.

I would hardly call it professional, more like entry level, especially being an older generation now. But my point was more around getting something second hand if you want to get into drone photography.

They have definitely come a long way.

I do not think I got an honest seller. I just wanted to show people my experience with it. I used a good quality Micro SD card, it was a Sandisk extreme the same I use in my DJI Osmo cam and that records perfect 4k. Thanks for the comment. Have you used this camera before?

@@videovoyagersaus I am not sure what is inside the camera. Maybe different. I have lingtong4247 same UI camera. It is a 720p camera Some honest sellers also told about the hdmi port is not functional because it is molded

Some honest sellers... I thought wrong about that. The cameras from the store has a little different UI, can record 10.minutes with wifi, but the quality of recording was 480p or worse. The sellers were actually saying 720p which has less than 480p quality. No bad cameras just bad price with some feelings of being cheated😅

Great comment Destin65. I figured it was around a 720p camera as well, I had a similar thing with a 4k Aliepress action camera. The photos on that were defiantly better. I wonder if there is something out there that can confirm the sensor. I had a lot of fun flying it before it decided to fly off into a tree as well haha.

I get it. My main point was if you really want to get into droning a good second hand one would be an option.

Yeah the limited funds thing is hard, that’s why I suggested second hand. I honestly do not think I learned anything about flying a drone with the E88. I did learn about sprinting when chasing after it when it lost control lol.

Processing power did became really cheap. Regardless I'm amazed at how they managed to make the mechanical components so cheap.

Thanks for the nice comment Ken, the filter I normally use for water filming is a CPL filter. I shoot in 4k 30fps and the settings are normally in auto. I sometimes change the exposure settings depending on how much light there is.
