I have the 2002 Odyssey and is it is the dumbest design to not have a inside rear latch handle. my kids cannot open it or the windows for fresh air. There is only two side vent windows that open only one inch and only the driver can open them. How does this pass the inspections of the American transportation department add safety for children.? The sliding doors are nothing but a hassle and problems and issues and the alarm is going off so many times I had to unplug the horn.

My Dad just bought a 2006 Mercury Milan and the radio was working but nothing on the display. Found your video and after a quick trip to Walmart for a soldering iron and a little bit of a burn from the soldering iron I'm pretty sure I saved my folks a few hundred bucks on a radio. I have a 2009 MKZ which is the same as the Fusion and Milan, to date I've replaced the trans cooler lines twice due to rusting through. I've tried to reach the lower radiator cooling line without removing the fan shroud but I can't get to the fitting. I did like this person did and remove the shroud, only takes a couple of minutes to get it out and makes the job a whole lot easier. Leave it to Ford to put the cooler lines along the bottom of the radiator where they get hit with road salt and other garbage. Next problem is the water pump *BEFORE* is starts to leak. Another great Ford idea.

Thanks for posting this it worked to release the latch and open the hatch. I struggled with it a little by just trying to pull up on the back mechanism. What made it open is getting some momentum going by repeatedly pulling up and letting go to gain a little velocity and momentum, then one of the up strokes popped the hatch open. Thanks again

I concerned I don't have the lines all the way connected to the radiator. There's like 2 threads exposed and it's tight, I have taken them off wiggled pushed and everything else and I can't seem to get it any tighter? Am I missing something, or.

the lines are 16mm, you don't need to take out the fan, you can reach the bottom trans line from the bottom finger tight it in, than go on top reach down in with a 16mm wrench and tighten the bottom trans line.

Do you know the depth of the assembly? Is it possible to trim the front? So the fan can get closer to the radiator, even if just a bit? Thanks.

I've had my 2006 Fusion for 12 years and the display has been out completely for about 8 years. It would occasionally come back if it was really cold (0 F) and you gave it thump. After awhile even that stopped working and just dealt with it. After following the guidelines in your video I was able to restore the display. Thank you so much. Had similar problems on an 2 Escorts, what is the deal Ford? Over 110k views for this video tells me this is a design flaw/QC issue.

How did you manage to wrestle the upper line around the rock solid wire harness? Seems impossible.
