I had no idea for the background but neither did the team for the official MV of the song lmao, so I literally took their idea of having only a white room. I tried to make up for it by using some particular zoom effects though, and I hope you will enjoy them! anyways, I'm so excited for Just Dance 2024! I have less hopes for Cruel Summer honestly, I know that it has gotten very popular, but it's because why did Just Dance add Love Story (Taylor's Version) and IKYWT (Taylor's Version) but not Anti-Hero and Shake It Off (Stolen Version)? (I do have hopes for Shake It Off (Taylor's Version) tho)
I mean, they had to wait for 1989 TV to try and get the license for Shake It Off. I think we are definitely going to have this song on Just Dance, if not in the 2025 Edition then in one of the next Edition! Regarding Cruel Summer, the song got super popular in the 2nd half of 2023 and I think it has good chances on being included in the 2025 Edition. I really don't know why didn't get any song from Midnights in Just Dance 2024 Edition though 😅
@@hanse_x I'm kinda mad that JD did not add a song from Speak Now TV tho. We could've gotten Enchanted since it's the most popular one (I think). Ubisoft must've been really going low-budget since Day 1 of making JD2024 Edition. Which I can feel it since they're increased the slayness of 2023 Edition a lot. And yuhh, a Midnights song would've been perfect for the 2024 Edition, especially Anti-hero. And that's pretty much how I theorized that JD can't license non-taylor's versions. Damn it Scooter Braun.
@@parfait8652 yeah I think they tried to get mostly "different" artists than the ones included in JD23 😭 except a few ones like Zara Larsson or BTS. That's why I preferred JD23 songlist so much more than JD24

probably because not every Just Dance fan is a k-pop fan, and they already complain when 3 k-pop songs get added in the game lol. I personally love the k-pop maps but I wish they'd put more various groups like they did in JD23 and not the same ones who already got other songs in the series
