I did the hard reset but its froze at the select language (welcome) screen. Any advice? The whole screen is frozen. no response when touched the triangle on the right of the start up screen or select language. Thanks

i have a pipo Max M9 been trying the steps.. but it won't let me get to the list of options after I get the android logo..

Can you help me? When i open google play services and tap manage space, it will go back to the main screen of settings. It also pop ups in my notificafion bar with "Unknown issue with google play services" with a logo of google play music. But even though i disabled google play music, same things will happen, i cant watch on youtube, open any sites in chrome, and other google apps will remain loading and will not respond.
