sounds complicated, is there a better way to do this?

been using this machine for 15 years. A easier, faster way to do it is by making plates to go under the knobs for your different material thicknesses. We did this to solve issues of employees not all using the same settings. Make a reference sheet and stick to machine with each thickness material and how many plates it takes, problem solved. We use varying materials for our plates. ie: 1/8" Pvc. 1/16" poly, 1/4" PVC etc

At the end of the activating proces of my P3s , I'm getting the following message : Aquiring Activating Info.Can someone tell me what to do?

I'm having the same problem, but during the update it just freezes and crashes. Any solutions?

something else to make note of... be sure and use an 8gb sd card for updates, otherwise, you'll most likely get an error message stating there is no sd card inserted. Drove me nuts trying to use a 32gb card (which works fine for recording video). Happy flying y'all!

Mine did that too, but i let mine go and update. Now it's grounded anyway. So, I'm getting a refund from the place I bought it at, and I'll probably never buy dji products again. One negative experience is enough for me.

The monthly firmware upgrades is why I sent my Phantom back. I do not like the fact DJI largely remains in control of the drone even though you own it. The upgrades are like a minefield of problems... and we all know DJI tech support sucks.

Please help my phantom is still beebing and after 5 minutes it says 0% upgraded EDIT: it was because I deleted the update from the sd card. If anyone's reading this, DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING FROM THE SD CARD I almost lost It. Just delete the app, re install, do what the app says and start updating. Slowed down at 40% and almost freezes at 76% and still beeping. Just cover the drone with a blanket so it's noise is lower. Then the update will finish. Hope this helped anyone! :)

This just happened to me. And today is Friday the 13th this never happened before

This didn't work for me. when I installed DJI Go on a new device, it acted just the same as my original device, not prompting me for a firmware update but instead throwing errors like before. Also, I did format my SD card right before trying this.

Great video. I have one of these machines but I haven't had good luck with it. Using your advice I just mounted 5 4'x8' signs with virtually no problem.

It doesn't work for me. My app says about my firmware are updated but still beeping. What can i do ? I have a P3 Standard.

Same thing happened to me I just try the update again and let the noise continue and noise stop when update was around 68%

same thing happened to me. just let the sounds play....after about 60% update, the sound will stop and upgrade will continue add normal...happened twice as a matter of fact...the very first time I opened the box and a few weeks ago...

I have this same problem with the sound still sounding like a fire alarm and i've tried your process by installing on another device without getting asked to update firmware and can control or see anything please help me
