Love Annette Hanshaw's singing! "That's all."
The song is from 1927…one of the best tunes that year…among many others.
It was the time when men and women lived together with everlasting loves and cares. The women dressed well and spoke well. Men needed women and women needed men.❤❤❤
Back the time when women were women and men were men, no pride, no shit music, no social media..hoh the world nowadays idk 🤦🏻♂️
Nice cartoon of Ike, joy to watch.
Glad you enjoyed it
Absolutely brilliant!

And now all of those pretty young girls are in their 70's - I know because I am one of them.
lovely!
This is very down to Earth human music that speaks to the soul.
You'll never look at the old lady in the mobility scooter the same.
I don't know when this was recorded but I first heard him play this back in 74. I haven't heard it for many years and it brings back so many good memories. Thanks John for many hours of entertainment.
The recording was made at Latrobe University's 'Jolly Jumbuck' folk club in June, 1975. John is playing a Martin D35 guitar in open tuning here.
I knew that guitar well along with his D18. He often callat my place and played my old O17.
