Ang pangit talaga nang cebu Pacific. I paid almost 50k sa ticket, kasi it was booked on the actual day, nagka lost Baggage Ako, nasa headboard nang plane nakalagay, nakalimutan ko dahil sa emergency calls ko, I reported on that day mismo 30mins right after I arrived sa hotel, and up until now, month have passed, walang update from them, malala Yung services nila. If u want a more convenient service sa PAL nalang kayu, e cacater talaga mga requests nio. Also Hindi mahal ang tickets nila, kasi included na ang 7kgs with 25kgs na baggages. Unlike cebu Pacific, 7kg lang ang included sa ticket nio. Malala din ang cstmrt service, umiiwas sila sa customers most of the times. Local flight lang Ako. And so far , so bad Yung experience ko. Am always flying using PAL, nagkataon lang na Ang available plane nong araw na yun ay cebu Pacific, and what's worse is na return flight ko pa sia. Kaya overall experience, napaka expensive Niya, very hassle, laging delay ang flight. I choose the first seat, Hindi sia business class, kasi Wala silang ganun, sa area na napagbookan ko, but truly a very disappointing experience. For me and my infant baby. Yes , am travelling with a baby, just us.
