I have these windows in my home and on almost every single window there is water leaking and damage to my floors and walls.

So I took my tandem rollers off and installed new ones. Now I cannot get the wheels high enough to put it on the track. Any ideas on what I can do?

Be careful dealing with this company they’re warranty is worthless. I’ve been trying to get a repair made for the past year and a half.

Be careful dealing with this company, I’ve been trying to get a repair complete it for more than a year. Technician showed up for a scheduled repair and had the wrong parts. Promise to come back and make the repair call the day before he was going to show up and cancel the appointment. Now I cannot get anybody to return my phone call or email.

I’ve had nothing but problems with my MI windows, I have contacted the factory over the past year had two scheduled appointments. The technician showed up with the wrong parts reschedule 30 days later and canceled the day before he was supposed to show up. Now I can’t get anyone to return my phone calls or emails.

and where do I buy these WOCD devices? hallf my windows have the WOCD but they've broken because plastic or spring doesn't work so i need to replace these cheap parts...

Great tip, thank you!!!! I had North Star windows installed about 10 years ago and most of them take a fair amount of downward pressure on the inside lock tab to get them to seal. Would your solution work for them? I always thought it was because the four corners of the windows weren't always installed in the same vertical plane. Perhaps it's because the installer never did this final adjustment? I bet most of them don't even know about it.

Those windows are absolutely junk!!!!! You talk about glass insulation but nothing about frame insulation ( which doesn’t exist ) and heavy condensation during cold weather !!!!!

I have the "MI 1615 Sliding Glass Door" currently installed in a home I recently purchased. Is it possible to "reverse/switch" which sliding door is the "operational" door and which is the "stationary panel" door to better accommodate an owner's desired layout and functionality of their home?
