I shouldn't really blame the cenotes, as this happens to me a lot. I usually crush some cetrezine into a paste and apply it as a face mask, and that reduces the bumps

As you exit Ek Salam, there is an option to visit the X'Chanche cenote. It's a short bike ride from there and bicycle hire is included in the cost.

Using #valladolid #méxico as a base I got the collectivo. I had to pay about 150 pesos because there was only 2 of us. The way back was a lot cheaper as a full taxi returned: but there was a long wait for the collectivo as it was still so early. Another good places to visit close to Merida are Dzibilchaltun and Mayapan. You can still climb the pyramids in both those places.

@@annie.phoenix If you google 'Messi 'and 'Racist' you can find out both sides of the discussion :) But for me, when someone is referred to not by their name but only their skin colour (especially during altercations) that is racism...Messi would repeatedly call Drenthe, negro on the pitch. I know after spending some time in Argentina the definitions of racism are a little different, so I can understand your confusion and I appreciate you asking for clarity.

So, why is it that you didn't make it to Antarctica, what happened?
The Drake passage was very rough; a passenger fell and had life-threatening injuries. The weather was too bad for a medical evacuation and the fastest way to get the injured person help was to turn around. The Captain made the correct decision and the passenger survived.
Wow! Now I understand the comment from someone else on one of your videos, saying that "Drake's passage is legit". Glad It all ended well for that injured passenger; sad for the rest of you :( we are heading out on the MV Ushuaia end of January, we will be specially careful knowing that this can happen... Thanks for posting the videos, they're quite useful to get a feeling of what we'll find aboard!
