I'm Si. Moving to France opened a treasure chest of inspiration, and jewelry making became a way of expressing my creativity. I took a leap and opened my own online shop. Craft Tutorial: Braided Silver Wire Huggie Earrings with Oxidized Finish
In this video, I am going to demonstrate how to braid silver wire and transform it into a pair of huggie hoop earrings. The process involves soldering the back of the hoops to the stud, and then oxidizing the silver to create a unique finish.

33 cm of 20 gauge silver wire

Thanks. This has been very helpful. I'm going to try them. I tried copper hoops with a silver stud but I had so much trouble connecting the stud with flux. I melted 3 18 g. handmade studs on just one hoop. Finally got it using copper studs in 20 g. But it was a struggle. Love all your videos.
You're very welcome! I am glad that my content help you to create.. about the silver and copper, this make sense, the copper melting point is higher than those of silver. Some people are so good at mixing the two, I haven't done that so far. I would love to see the result of your work 🥰😍 Have a good day!
