It does NOT go together as easily as he shows. We just gave up and will be sending it back. We were putting it together at the house as a trial run I can't imagine trying to put together if we were in the wind! Would not recommend this product.

That's a daft design. The straps inside the trunk of the car means you cant use the trunk for either sleeping or easy storage!

What if we lost the metal clasps? I have the straps but I cannot figure out what happened to the clasps...

only tent that survived South Dakota thunder and lighting storm.....60 mph at the campground....sirens did not sound seek block bathroom safety....but we got into the back of the SUV and watched so many tents fail.....except ours...😇

The door has issues, it pulls too tight to close easily on my Silverado 2022 LTZ. Otherwise works great, but it’s a real doozy trying to get in and out of it.

I'm researching SUV tents now...this is one of the more popular ones. The knocks on this particular tent seem to be....The mesh sleeves for putting the poles in (poles catch a lot and the sleeves tear) and to me the door is on the wrong side of the tent (Most campsite setups and camper doors are on the passenger side). Has anyone experienced this tent in rainy conditions ? Thanks

I'm a pretty savy with camping equipment...this product is horrible. The sleeves, the poles. Pinpoint Holes already at apex and I haven't even used it yet. Will return to REI.
