Would it be easy to add a slim zippered pocket to the front of this bag? If so, how would you recommend doing it? I want to use the bag for my insulin pump supplies, and would like a section to put alcohol wipes and paperwork in. Thanks!

Fun pattern that is nicely adaptable to different use cases (like a travel sewing tools case.. :-)). Just a note from (czcams.com/video/u4_UbQSMLkE/video.html) - 1/8" is slightly more than 3mm, not 2mm. Given that quilting cotton only has a little over a thread per millimeter in each direction, this can be a significant strength difference in your seams.

I had to slow the video to 25% speed to see what you were doing with the zipper tabs, and even then I made a couple errors. Still, I figured it out in the end, and while it's still a wee bit crumpled it's better than the first one's zipper/fabric intersection. Now that I know how it's supposed to be done, I can avoid the errors next time and it should be a breeze. Thanks for the tips!

You can also trace along the SA line. I do this when I’ve laminated pattern pieces, just lay interfacing/decovil light over top and trace. Would need to fold or print twice for foam etc though
