I’m pretty sure VNSHJZ recreated the wash, soap, and DP visuals in Photoshop. They also probably picked random footage of ocean waves for the beginning.

That one might be tricky because for this, it was easy to find "most" of the footage and images used (the guy dancing in "You Can't Hide from your Bud" from the Mayan footage is still unused) but most of the visuals in the 2007 Alive show was mostly made by themselves. So it'll be a while until someone recreates the visuals for 2007's Alive.
