My brake pedal sinks after changing the front brake calipers. They have changed the brake master cylinder, they have bled the ABS module with a scanner and it remains the same. I can't find the problem, any ideas?

How did you find these fit? I have some and they're not very flush to the arch and doesn't dully fit to the curve of the arch

So far been on the 30tonner in the yard and been driving the STGO 3 ballast trucks but got my A60 and A40 next week 💪🏻😍

Thanks for video. I currenlty have ABS/ESP codes. Got a genuine sensor from merc to fit but I can see on MOT history that the rear right hub (sensor I get codes for) has minor leak so wondering if this is the root of the sensor failure so looking like I may have to replace hub. Just wondering how you seperated hub from half shaft as I know people normally take them out together and seperate on a press. Much appreciated!

Great informative stuff Jamie, did you end up buying a new Mercedes hub? I replaced my half shaft recently with an eBay one and I've got the three dreaded yellow warning lights, any pointers in the right direction on parts you bought to cure the problem would be greatly appreciated. 👍🏻

Rust jacked and lifted up away from the reluctor.its best to drill the fat bit with the o ring out as thats whats stuck.the narrow bit at the bottom is usually loose

yes, that sensor does not work, can bus won't pick up on it, not sure who sells aftermarket one that works right, let me know if you find out.

Interesting, ive got a 2022 519 and have this annoying rattle coming from underneath, straight from the factory. Its been driving me nuts. I'll check underneath for this!!

So, which one do u recommend? I can get here in Romania, Raptor with 31.5 euro/L or MIPA liner with 22.5 Euro/L. I need around 7L so overall is a big difference in money. So is it worth getting Raptor?

I’m looking to install a oil pressure sensor on my 2011 Mercedes GL350, but I think ima Drill & Tap some threads into the Aluminum Oil filter Housing to accept the oil pressure sensor.

The criss cross bit is the 🐈 🤣🤣🤣🤣. That's a flexible joint to the rear silencer 🤡 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Love the vid and the music is a nice touch. My sprinter haa a blocked dpf which i havent sorted yet. Thing is soot in the dpf is carbon. It doesnt burn off! Ive a vid on different chemicals to clean the soot off and it looks like dish washer tabs or coke is best. It seems like detergent can get the soot to detach from the dpf. Im not sure but the smoke you see from these dpf cleaners is just an oil additive in the cleaner that generates the smoke. Its also interesting that dpf helps the enviroment but just blows it out in one lump .. somewhere else !!! Anyway liked your vid and views under the van, which is where i have to go now. Chemicals or lump hammer. Not sure yet

goodness me , I have been driving with half turbo for over 2 years , going through replacing many parts o2 sensor one of them with no luck thats why I gave it up for those 2years , until last week I decided to fix this problem and I spend half of my weekend tracing the problem down finally I managed to fix it , its really huge difference to drive with full turbo and getting 40 miles per gallon

Just found my vito has the same problem. I was about to start stripping down then the heavens opened. Back yard job what i decided to stop and book into a garage. Its going to cost labour wise but I had to admit defeat this time round. Glad you got yours sorted tho

Will be checking for this today. I noticed this same noise on my 2021 Sprinter. I tried identifying the cause in an empty parking lot driving just fast enough to hear the rattle with no luck. Thank you.

Hi mate loving the videos, I was watching your video on you tube regarding the sprinter, I have been having a nightmare with mine lol, goes into limp mode about 30 mins after driving, turbo looses power however it sometimes kick back!! I have had a smoke test and there is a leak somewhere, suspected air intake manifold. You mentioned a guy from Stonehaven that you used, I am based in Westhill Aberdeenshire. Iwas wondering if you could share his contact details?
