I counted the most common types of smiles: Reward smiles. Affiliative smiles. Dominance smiles. The lying smile. The wistful smile. The polite smile. The flirtatious smile. The embarrassed smile, and I added to this list the crooked charming smile. All these thanks to his zygomaticus and ''laughing muscles''. There, you have it ! I watched again this video and something became evident. No wonder Merlin encouraged Arthur to marry Gwen. She never was a threat to Merlin's love for Arthur... and vice versa.

Arthur displays a tough, fierce, overly confident facade (macho man) as it is an ideal socieatal role he is expected to play. And he is good at it until he realizes he loses Camelot to Morgana's hand. Merlin has to help him gain his confidence and be a better human being. Merlin is ''love, goodness, truth and fidelity'' until the end.

One of the best choice of song if Arthur would have been true to his heart.
