i think the music's being held back by the production. the mixes sound really muddy sometimes. it's a shame since i really do want to like it.
Could you give me a specific example? I would just want to know if it's just a difference in our music preference or if I really made some unintentionall mistake I should've picked up.
@NoName-tq7hh i think there definitely is a difference in the preference at play, but a lot of the time (mostly during the hardcore sections) the kicks drown out pretty much everything. the first song is a decent example i guess of the kind of stuff i mean, where in my opinion it would be better if the melody during hardcore sections was a little more pronounced. also bear in mind im not a producer myself lol
