TRI-KLEEN 500UV Filter Maintenance Tutorial
In this video, Elizabeth walks us through how to complete the periodic filter maintenance on your TRI-KLEEN 500UV. This information can also be found in your User Manual.
The personnel responsible for changing filters and servicing units are urged to wear the proper personal protective equipment. This includes following safe work practices in accordance with federal, state, provincial, local, and employer regulations.
Only use approved replacement parts during maintenance.
Filters must be disposed of in accordance with federal, state, provincial, local, and facility regulations.
WARNING: You’ll want to disconnect the power cord, and turn off the fan and UV light at least 15 minutes prior to performing the required maintenance.
WARNING: Skin or eye damage may result from directly viewing the UV-C bulb’s light.
WARNING: Do not touch the UV lamp. It’s fragile and contains mercury.
