Every now and then mine ticks, but usually when it does, it’s low on oil. I would remove the oil sending unit and clean it up with electronic parts cleaner/alcohol, throw some of the Lucas oil treatment in there, it will thicken the viscosity and help significantly. Mine stopped after I did this.

So, they half assed the installation and then you came in and half assed what they half assed instead of fixing it the right way. Should’ve put their name and your name on the title so people will know not to contact either one of you hack jobbers

Why build 2 different layout jigs before finally transferring to the steel? Just lay it out on your steel and cut that shit! Lol. Find something good to trace your radius, line up your centers and lay it down on steel. You transferred that same radius 3 times to 3 different mateirals. I mean, it's only purpose is to hold a grinder, doesn't need to be perfect. That wooden guide you ended up with was far from a perfect radius anyways. Just saying, made it way harder than it needed to be, but that's how we learn.

But I don't have that switch. My boat dead in the water. Got old shoreline control panel and no label on one of the switches. Just got the boat. Went to crank and nothing. I have 2 batteries and plugged to shore and have a battery accessory volt charger connected as well. I don't know what the hell to do. I did notice a red battery cable is corroded. Not sure if it's that. But it dead.
