What is with the blue cloth interior? The red color looks good but totally clashes with that interior color! Also those wide whitewalls don’t belong on that car. It’s a nice car for someone who doesn’t care about originality.

Two great improvements on this one......someone replaced the original 216 engine with a more modern 235, and also eliminated the manual floor starter pedal with a more convenient electric ignition key switch. Bravo!

This kid doesn't know jack about this car. It's not a 63', it's a 62'. And, this is not a Coupe deVille. It is the entry level Cadillac, Series 62, with a broken deVille name plate attached to the front fenders. On authentic Coupe deVilles, the name plate was attached to the rear fenders and never shown as just deVille. Even the hubcaps are wrong. Authentic hub caps are color matched to the body color. It's hard to tell what the original color of this car actually is.

original style? what fart shall this be? i dont like the over-restauration of the old vintage cars. they need to look old, but this one is way overdone! red painted frontbumper? blue/black seats dont go with a red bodypaint. the red bodypaint does not fit the colour table of a 1962 ... there was no "candy apple red" but only a "pompeian red #50". this car is far from original and would never be valued as historical due to the mass of inconsistence. in our country they would allow only changes that were possible within 10 years from production. and you would have to make the changes with authorized parts only. sorry, but my heart is bleeding when i have to look at "restaurations" like this.

Do these old cars have seat belts? If not would it hurt the value to put in seat belts? I really don't want to drive a vehicle without seat belts. Other than that it's beautiful. Also would it hurt the value to put in an O/D? I would like to drive it to LVNV on occasion. I would like to buy one of these old 1950's especially with an inline 6 and 3-on-the-tree transmission.
