So you were tweaked by his move. Why? It looks like it delayed your progress by about one second. Pavement is put on the ground for all travelers, walkers, cyclists, motorcyclists, cars. It is your job to go safely, there isn’t a hierarchy of who deserves to be more safe.
Don't be an idiot. He is concerned because he almost hit him and the cyclist came from his blind spot and cut him off. Dashcams always make thong look farther away than they are, he was within inches of the car. That cyclist has just as much responsibility as the driver. But as an idiot I am sure that is hard for you to grasp.
The pavement part is fine. The state change between pavement and road is the problem. He joined the road in a stupid way with no consideration for the other road users. Would you defend a pedestrians right to suddenly sprint into traffic?

For some reason Lugansky always looks to be labouring at the keyboard. I can't reconcile it with the divine sounds that he produces.

Maestro Lugansky is still developing his best style and as such is expected to produce even better versions. Лучше Мацуева, безусловно. Правильно расставлены акценты, прочувствовано все в отличие от Мацуева, который как спортсмен играет на скорость, лишь бы побыстрей сыграть и пойти домой смотреть любимый футбол.
