This video helped a lot 😊 I’ve been needing to downsize and my doll collection/ clothing & accessories have been the hardest thing to declutter!! But also it’s super hard to pass those things along or sell / trade them. I don’t know anyone that also collects
I'm glad you found it useful, and yes it has been hard to try and sell bjds and bjd items. I typically post in Facebook groups, Instagram and I'm still on Den of Angels. Some people choose to sell on Mercari or Ebay.

Thank you I hope it will be just as awesome as my mind thinks it will..lol. The motorcycle is a 1/3 scale replica/model I got from ebay many many years ago. Its kinda a in between size. I've used it for a photo story for my 1/4 dolls taken at the right angles you couldn't tell it was just a tad too big, same with my 1/3 dolls.

I assume you mean 1/4 size? I can take a look I believe Dream Valley bodies are on the thinner side.
@@MsKittyBlue yes. They look very thin. I’m trying to find a proper demon doll in msd that’s on the affordable side. I think doll leaves Duncan’s face has a good look, but msd male bodies look too childlike to me. I love my Myou and Doll Leaves female bodies

What made you start to collect the smart dolls over the tradition bjd resin dolls? Was it the lighter weight or anime look? I personally prefer the earlier bjd that are hard resin. I can modify them so much easier and i just cant afford one of the smart ones yet. I saw almost everyone at the Dallas doll show with one they were carrying. My first exposure to them in real life. Do you think the chaos of your doll room is perhaps symbolic of the state of something else ? Just curious. Thank you for the video.
The chaos of my doll room is because I'm decluttering other areas of the home and things are temporarily being stored in my doll room. I have a collection of fashion dolls too so I have tons still in boxes that I'm deciding on selling. As for smart dolls yes they are much lighter and easier to pose, though I wish they were 1/4 scale instead of 1/3 scale..lol. I prefer MSD 1/4 size. I think also its the ease of purchasing and getting them right away vs waiting 4-10 months. As for price they are cheaper or about the same as some 1/4 and other 1/3 dolls and come with eyes, wig and faceup. I'm not really a big anime fan but I really do like the look of their anime dolls, the semi real not so much but I still like a few of the characters.

What dolls use GO7?
All of the semi real use that head now except Beyond G05, Monday G03 and I believe Strength is still on G04. And of course all the pear girls use G08

Parabox is a harder type of vinyl comparable I suppose to like your standard mass produced baby doll.
Once you go through the piles you saved, you will find more stuff to toss away. Don't throw away the organizer! Lol😂
Yep that is usually the case. The organizer doesn't work for me in my space because there is no where to hang it and it was just in the way, had to move it all the time to get to the drawers. I'll be passing it along to someone else who might need it.

I'm so glad! I was inspired by a few decluttering youtubers and wanted to apply it to my doll room. Every other place in my home is so much easier than my doll room. I'm in fact ready to do another video later this evening which I probably will post in a few days.

Thank you! I could use all the encouragement I can get it was very hard. I only pulled out a few that I was indecisive about so ended up with I believe 40 that I decluttered.

I wasn't expecting tea cyber prowess to drop it was a pleasant surprise and I'm so glad that PayPal finally cooperated I had to try and process it 3 times before it finally went through. The Chi Cyber was certainly a impulse I saw her first and totally wouldn't have gotten her if I'd known cyber prowess was going to drop. I'm certain I'll probably put her up for sale.

You did really good getting two full boxes of wigs to sell. I feel like it's easy to justify a lot of wigs so you can have a variety of colors and styles to swap out. Luckily most of my dolls wear the same wig all the time so my wig collection is manageable.
Before Smart Dolls I only had a handful of extra wigs. Most of my Resin BJDs are 1/4 scale so you could tell from the vid that the vast majority of the extra wigs were 1/3..lol. I like to switch things up here and there but right now I'm not really doing much with any of my dolls so I'll probably eventually downsize more wigs.
I love decluttering and organization videos, it's nice to see a dolls version. Watching this motivated me to do some more decluttering with doll stuff :) I look forward to future declutter videos.
I already have a short vid idea that I got when I was going back through and straightening up all the wigs..trying to decide if I want them to become weekly vids or not since I really don't want to stretch out the decluttering that far..lol.
