    I went up in weight four times with kettlebells and currently have two different sized bells I use for specific workouts. Not sure why you say that people typically just pick one weight with kettlebells and never change it. There are a lot of different sized bells and most people go up a few times, as they get stronger.

    Awesome review; I am mst likely pre-diabetic so I need to get on this as it does way more better for me. I tried Libre and it showed allot but it seperated from my arm after a few days. THis seems a better way to go...

    This is so stupid. Who uses KBs to build muscle in arms? You use it to target glutes and hamstrings, back, improve cardio. Why would the only muscle you show how to build be arms?

    I’m on day3 of a seven day fast. My first time with extended fasting. Today, I’m dragging. Looking forward to tomorrow. Other than being tired, I’m actually feeling pretty well. I’m a keto girl, so no carb detox. Thankfully.

      U clearly dont know what trans-fat is then, theres different types of fat, and the foods that contain that trans-fat are considerate an unhealthy, just because u count ur calories doesn't mean u are eating healthy, yes u might loose weight​, but u are still eating unhealthy@@Beanz-on-Toast

    Dude , I've done a 21day 30day 12day.. I'm in a fast as I write, what the wold working out???? When you work out your muscle release some sort of chemical that doesn't let your peaceful intended fast the way it was supposed to be.... it works against it.. and taking stuff along with it... you never spoke about ketosis and how your digestive system will shutdown, and when you have a boual movement, you are loosing parasites that have built up over time... ok you touched alittle bit on your digestive system.. but to tell people to break the fast the way you did... wtf you need to eas in to eating again several days after, so your D.system will slowly wake up... your a fruit 🎂
