Hi, what did you use to install the houses from the bespoke pack? I didn't understood what program I need to use to do that
Hey, you don’t need to install any programs. You download it like you’d download any mod. Then when that’s done, head over to your downloads folder and the mod won’t be a zip file, It’ll be sims2pack file. I explained the next step in the video but I’ll explain it again. So with this type of file, you just need to double click on each individual file. Don’t click all of them all at once, you have to be patient. So for example, double click the first file, then wait for the pop up to show up which will ask you, “do you want to install the following content?” Then click install and that’s it. Then do the same for the other files. I hope this helps. If not, feel free to ask me any questions.
@@Kayotic2104 when I double click the files, the pop up asks me which program I want to use to open them, I don't know which one to use. I can't install them without choosing a program to run them first, my mod files don't have a little sims icon like yours, they have a blank page icon.

@@Kayotic2104 I was able to fix it by downloading the clean installer mod. It was the only way I found to install the packs. But it's working properly now, the houses are awesome. Thank you for introducing these mods and also for trying to help me, you are awesome

Hi, I hope this isn't a dumb question but I'm super new to modding my sims games. Can I create sub-folders in the Downloads folder to categorise my mods? Let's say, a folder called 'Clothes' for clothes mods, another called 'Hair' for hair mods etc.? Would this be ok or would it 'break' my mods? Thank you!
@@mateeamichinici4707 hey! It’s not dumb at all and it’s a pretty valid question. Yes, you can. You can even create folders within those folders and they would still work. You’re welcome! :)

@@Kayotic2104 I'm sorry for my English :)) When I put the NeighborhoodCamera.txt file into the MyDocuments/EA Games/Sims 2/Cameras folder, unfortunately, it doesn't work. Actually, what I wanted to ask is, when I'm in the game, I can't move the camera left, right, forward, or backward with the mouse. Do I need to make any other adjustments? thank you very much for your time
@@mirayg1879 that’s weird, because without the mod the game works exactly like that lol. this mod is suppose to fix that. Are you sure that you didn’t replace it with the back up file that comes with it? Cause I believe there is one in the zip file along with the mod itself. Also check the mod page again, try to read the instructions and see if you followed it right. You’re welcome, sorry that you’re experiencing some problems. :(

I just got back to playing The Sims 2 and your videos helped a lot since I didn't know what's the easiest way to download the game. Your videos are quite simple and not long like other tutorials so thank you for them. I like your channel and keep up the good work. I installed all of the mods that you suggested and they are working perfectly. Are there any more mods that you would suggest to someone who didn't use mods a lot? 🌸

As you saw from the video, my downloads file is filled with cc and mods😂 so I’ll probably need go back and check it out again. I’m planning on making another mods video in the future which would include these mods, but for now, I would highly recommend that you go to modsthesims website and browse for yourself cause there are a lot to choose from. When I finish up that video, I’ll come back to your comment and paste the link.😊
