Thar has an auto locking differential which is good for people who don’t know how this actually works and don’t end up breaking the differential , this is an manual one which operates with a switch which provides better judgement off road and you don’t end up jerking the car which usually happens when it automatically engages in oem differential , its basically for people who want more control offroad. There’s no problem in stock mld but some times it dose not engage on the right time. Nice product was waiting for one, hope its built tougher than the oem to handle hardcore offroading

@@aryamanjakhar1699 yes, stock auto MLD does not engage at super low speeds, it needs atleast 15 kmph to engage which can be a design flaw

​@@almondnine the so called mld of OEM is crap. Basically its unreliable. Hence why a manual locker is called for. That's why despite the great traction control systems of Toyotas people still fit manual difflocks abroad.
