Videos I've filmed and accumulated throughout the years, mainly about the Tuner lifestyle and my Jiujitsu journey. It will feature my cars, my modifications, Tuners and events, as well as, my training, competition, and rolling in general.
Join me as I reminisce about 'days gone by' when we could all gather together, high-five and shake each other's hand, reflecting on the good life as it once was prior to covid.
I'll also be adding new videos alongside these classic ones.

GTI MK7: Spyder Headlights & H7 LED Error-Free Low Beams Install
Installing the Spyder headlights needed some tweaking because I wanted to add LED bulbs such as the H7 low beams. Overall, an easy mod to spice up your MK7 GTI with not much work aside from removing your bumper.

GTI MK7: Fender Liner Extension Cap
zhlédnutí 22Před 21 dnem
Sometimes, it's the small pieces that are tricky to look for. I had to search for this little plastic item. It's a cap that covers the hole on the plastic liner of the wheel well. This only costs $2 but shipping is $5 if your local dealership don't have it or, in my case, charges $10 to special order it. So I saved $3 by ordering this item online and just waited for it in the mail. DSG Unlock w...

Does the o2 spacer work?
it does for street driving. once i go on the freeway i have to clear codes again. i'm gonna try to readjust the spacer again when i get a chance
Bi cooler increases boost lag 😂
maybe, but like i said if i decide to up the power then the bicooler is there. plus it runs fine as it is
I ran a bicolor on my gti and it still performed the same as the stock location
Thanks for the video...note to self dont by the g-plus
Thank goodness someone finally made a good video of the G-Plus twin cooler. Awesome and very informative!💪🏽💪🏽
hey im glad this helps
That Mr2 is sweet! Where'd ya get the headlights? I'm almost done with my 5sgte
nice vid man !
tnx bud
The owner's manual does state it is not calibrated. So your tire pressures will not be exactly perfect. But it'll get you down the road.
Do i need to go stage 2 after installing the catted dp or can i still run the stage 1 tune that i already have without having problems?
you can run it with a stage 1 and still get better exhaust flow than stock. but you won't take advantage of it's full potential like if you do a stage 2 with it.
Can you put 1.5 Ah battery on that?
yes it should fit
Mr2 all day. The mr2 is a better track car in my opinion but the point is like you said express yourself through cars.
3 months is quick. Took me 2 yrs 😂. If u dont like the exhaust i wud recommend the ECS which isnt 2 costly especially if on sale
normally i would take my time, but i had to rush to take care of other priorities..ECS would probably be better
Thanks for the video. I've been looking at Stratified myself, and this helps a lot!
hope it helps
the gas smell could be the fuel leak that’s been going on w these cars also a catless down pipe will make the smells worse and you’ll smell it while at a stop w the windows down. look up your vin and see what recalls from VW you could be qualified for
yea i got a recall notice in the mail related to the fuel
Hey man how are your lowering springs on the RSX working for you? any issues or anything
no issues as far as ride, it just gets lower on the rear with a full tank
I remember doing this with an original Type R wing I bought from Japan. The screws were already on from the inside out, it was tedious to get perfect measurements with a caliper that I used without scratching the trunk.
固定式ライトがカッコいいです!
glad you like
Low key used steal wool and it worked. 😅 my gti was used with 50k when I got her and looked like his. Idk if I did that right but that’s what worked for me :).
You can get faceplates for accessports and wrap them if ya wanna customize it a bit,do you have eqt tunes or was that just opening screen?
i got eqt for ethanol flash option
Cobbs got good it’s tunes but look into eqt tuning you’ll get wayyy more powa
i was going to do eqt or sneaky but decided to go stratified for now so i don't overboost
@@flashchronicles are you evr gonna upgrade turbo?idk about stratified turbo options but eqt has record breaking hybrids just in case you ever decide to upgrade turbo, can’t wait to see vids in your strat tune
definitely would get way more power with the golf r turbo and eqt tune. but i'm keeping it somewhat conservative at this time with the strat tune. the guys there are very helpful too. always responded to my questions. will post on this soon
Nice I got the arm intercooler, the best downpioe for our cars is trackslag they make it just like stock with flexible parts and bigger diameter that’s what I’m gonna switch to….and when removing stock downpipe you rotate it either clockwise or counter clockwise can’t remember it slides right out that way
being cost effective on my build since it's a daily so i didn't want to go above budget on the intercooler
wow ive seen this specific mr2 so many times without even realizing it
armands car is alive???!? waaaa 3:16
One of my favorite one off widebody deuce..👌👍
good video bro, you shooting the video with your phone or you have a video camera?
i use both but on this event it was a pro cam
This did absolutely help while i was changing my grandmother's tire. Thanks!

these cars are so reliable
thanks dude! i tried a screwdriver along the edges and a hairline crack formed.
yea it's tricky removing these
JDM only pls dog.
it always takes longer than expected because of little things that the video did not mention about haha
you said it
Makes me happy to have my 2003 Type S in the garage. I wish I could get mine painted like you did though...way out of my budget. What wing did you end up purchasing? I bought one from Ikon Motorsports that was painted but I'm not very happy with it.
it was unpainted TR type R wing. i just got everything painted the same time as the car
@@flashchronicles was it expensive to get the car painted?
it cost a couple of grand to get that done because the dents and imperfect body work had to be done too
Not sure how good this Ryobi actually is...but it is by far the most compact one I've seen. I have a dewalt and a couple of ridgid ones. Would be awesome if they could build a software deflate into it.
it's compact enough to bring anywhere, especially long drives.
You should have cut a template for the flex tape with cardboard
yup i was trying to speed things up
hey bro, how much did you spend on the yellow mr2? im curious..
to be straight, i stopped counting long ago but it would be upwards of around 75k, without adding all the time invested planning and coordinating each build
nice video keep them coming
Awesome fleet of vehicles! Thanks for sharing all the details on your builds. Now back to the DC5!! LOL
All my respect to the Valadez', father and son and may they rest in peace. I was a member of the club in the very early days, "69-'72. Jesse Sr. was a mellow man, non-violent man, which in itself was a great challenge to the mindset of the gangster mentality of all of the other car clubs of that era. It was sad for me when I found out that Jesse Jr. was NEVER voted in as the Imperials car president. In 2024 all car clubs are just a hobby, and all of its members are just independent contractors looking after their own interests and sponsorships. Jesse Sr and Jesse Jr were the Imperials car club, the rest of them were just details. RIP
respect to the OGs
Hi, I have a completely stock mr2 (not turbo) and I'm not sure if I like it as much as I'd like. Its from 1992 and the transmission syncros is pretty much gone in 1st and 2nd, I dont like that its loud on the highway and sometimes it has some small problems that need to be fixed. I kinda want to have a 4 seater instead of 2 and I dont have the knowledge or the tools to work on the car if somethings really wrong. I am thinking about selling my sw20. The main reason I bought my mr2 is because I love how jdm cars look and the mr2 was the most affordable, but it isnt super practical for being my daily driver. I want a low maintenance car while still having a cool sportscar look and fun to drive. I'm looking for a RWD 4 seater and the GT86 looks like the best option right now but its quite more expensive. Do you think its a good car to get? Is it as fun to drive as the MR2? If I do get the GT86 i think I want to put a bodykit onto it kinda like how yours looks. Also I was wondering about the ride height, My dad has a toyota ch-r and when i drive it I feel like im operating a boat with how high im sitting XD. Is the ride height comparable to the mr2? Or maybe got any other recommendations for what I should do
hello, the mr2 can be a great weekend car if you know how to take care of it. because it's a mid engine, it's very challenging to work on the motor. and because the wheelbase is short, it's easier to swerve more during cornering. the gt86 can be a good daily driver because it's reliable. i've never had any mechanical issues with it and i have a custom turbo installed. the 86 platform was designed to be lower than most cars. it sits lower in stock form, even before i actually lowered it more with coilovers. compared to the mr2, nismo 370z, rsx, the gt86 still feels the lowest and best with talking corners. although the s2k and evo are also great on corners. however, keep in mind that i added a custom turbo to make it faster. in stock form (200hp), it's not that fast in a straight line. in fact, my stage 2 GTI will beat it without effort (380hp). but if you're just looking for a fun daily driver, that sits lower than most cars, good on corners, rear wheel drive, that has more room and more reliable than an mr2, then the gt86 can be a good choice.
@@flashchronicles Thanks for the fast response! With my MR2 I only drive from point A to B (work, groceries etc) and dont go racing or anything. I do like to step on the pedal a little but I'm scared of anything breaking on me and not being able to fix it. So theres not really much of a reason for me to keep the mr2 with this thought always in my mind. The S2k is something i thought about but I'm thinking its best to get a 4 seater since it can be more convenient for a daily. and the EVO is also a cool car but its a bit too expensive for me. Ive looked a bit more at the GT86 now and it seems perfect for what I want. Theres lots of costumizability with the aftermarket support and should be easier to maintain. I'll have to put my MR2 on sale and when its sold I'll probably buy the car. I'll have loads of time to think about it but I'm almost sure the mr2 has got to go since I'm thinking too much about things going wrong with it 😅. Maybe it'll take a while before a buyer shows up so I'll be able to enjoy it while i still have it. Its my first car and I have it for around 7 months now so far but yeah just too scared to keep it XD
A very mature approach to modding. Your intentions and Gti match perfectly! My GTI is has similar mods but setup for road-trips.
