I am revisiting this vid after the Japanese GP in 2024. Oscar has been outqualified in 2024 so far 3:1 and he has not improved his race tyre management. Oscar is an outstanding young driver but the demise of Lando as team leader, lets not forget is only 18 months older, at the hands of Oscar is not materialising after 26 races. I would contend that he has not made INSANE progress. far from it . We are getting a rerun of his rookie year so far and questions are now being asked as to whether we need to temper our Oscar enthusiasm. Lando has improved and Oscar has not.

As a Dutch i don't think it's rocket science what Max is doing with an F1 car. It is a learning curve for Jos Verstappen, who ran into M Schumaher very hard. Jos understood his shortcomings with Schumacher. And Max learned to drive a nervous front heavy kart, formula car. Just look at Albon in a very honest interview about his time at RB.
