Actually in asian & Europe their is big gap & lack of knowledge regarding work life balance culture, All investers, employers & mangers are insecure coz of unstable financial economy (market),: Elite class higher management & employer's dont want to see middle class happy coz in their mind set is to work long hours can improve productivity of their company ( thay dont think out of box ) no critical thinking nothing Mangers are pressurised from employer, employer dont see us as humans but reborts. Thay think we are servants and own by them ( but in west societies, workers are educated & knows their rights European Govt support us ) indeed Sweden is the best country with labour unions. It is very cheap mentality in Asia + middle east specially 12hours for them is normal + 2 hours commute. Incase, Europe❤️ is good for working class love it.... please ignore my English proficiency and gramatic mistake thanks...

Hej! I saw a lot of videos of people reviewing Sweden and either they were a lil too diplomatic for their own good or pessimistic. But this video kinda gave me hope that it's not all that bad lol. 2 points kinda intrigued me tho- 1. Peace- I'm all about peace. The moment I hear noise, I put on my headphones or in fights, I try to avoid and walkaway. But as you're a fellow indian yourself, you might understand that even tho you love peace, you're somehow used to the "Kalesh" or "noisy environment". How did/do you cope with that? 2. Mosquitoes- That was funny and silly. Do you wanna know what's sillier? I literally googled as to "Which eu country doesn't have mosquitoes?" and it showed Iceland. Lol. Overall, I genuinely liked the video. Might sound like an exaggeration to many as it's just a simple review video of a place, but it is what is. Oops that was a long comment. Sorry. Hehe. Hope to see you Sweden(If I ever come, I sincerely hope, I do visit this beautiful place)!!!
