Here's a little video on an easy way to repair cracked lugs on your MC22 under tray. I do believe it's from over loading the boot and forcing the pulling seat down. I could supply and post new rubbers and the eyelets for you to repair your own if enough interest. #hondacbr250rr #mc22 #dosmotogarage

You could just remove the bulb, although that would be dangerous as you could ride along with your blinker on and have no idea. We have enough people in cars pulling out as it is. MC14E engine tear down. These engines are found in MC14, MC17, MC19 and MC22. Also used in the Honda Hornet 250 and I think the jade. There's slight differences between the models yet basic tear down is the same. I apologize for the shaky film. I have the attention span of a ferret most days.

do cam gear train has timing? where would i timed the hole in the gear?

What would you consider to be a reasonable healthily psi for the compression test , have a MC19 engine here getting 100,70,90,90 I’ll be doing a leak down and then a tear down aswell but what’s considered a healthy number ?
