Hey your channel is great! I haven't played any truly souls-like game, do you recommend Demon Souls as my first one? new sub!
I’d love to see a part 2 to this list! You’ve convinced me to give both Thymesia and Steelrising another shot, as I didn’t get too far into either on my first runs. It’d be fun to hear your takes on Lies of P, Elden Ring, and the Jedi & Nioh games, if you get around to them. Thanks for putting so much time into your reviews!

@@khozt no Elden ring yet. Played just few hours but didnt find myself in mood to get into it properly. My friends hyped and forcefed me with ER so much that i dont really feel like playing it rn - Akuma

I think personally that Gael is the best boss Fromsoft has ever made in terms of the fight vs what the player is able to do within the general game mechanics. Like he has the perfect amount of aggression, perfect combo lengths and timings, perfect punish windows, the fight lasts the perfect amount of time. Everything about him and the capabilities of the game are perfectly matched to each other in my opinion, I will glaze Gael till the end of time.
Absolutely agreed! The design, the entire area as a bossroom, his moveset, OST, the lore, everything is perfect. Fight of two nobodies over nothing in the middle of nowhere, at the end of the world. Its probably my favorite bossfight ever, a cinematic masterpiece and perfect conclusion to the series. I will never stop loving this fight - Akuma
Now that you mention it, it really is the first soulslike game most people play that are their favorite.
Elden ring was my first but sekiro is my favourite platinuming demon souls rn haha
Played ds1 first and still love ds3 a lot more.

Not only it became one of my favorite games, but it also made me appreciate more the other games i play in a different way. Tsushima and Nicer definitely deserved a spot, I have few of my own that I am sad didn't make the cut, so... in no particular order my top 5: Little Nightmares II: Ending Undertale: Omega Flowey boss fight Portal: Still Alive Deltarune: Kris gets mad after defeating Spamton G. Spamton Bendy and the Dark Revival: Bendy's speech at the end, before he accepts Audrey into the cycle
Ending of Little Nightmares 2 was great and Omega Flowey feels a lot like the mentioned ening E of NieR. And yeah, Still Alive is a certifid banger even today... damn. Now I wanna go play Portal.

Bowsers fury was so fun to play hope we get another game like it cuz the full the entire place is one level with mini things in it was amazing connection and the music was amazing too! The other awesome thing was they gave 3D world with it which is also a blast of fun
Exactly my thoughts! I really loved how it was an open world playground. Usually the 3D Mario's are just sorta levelbased so this was new to see and yeah, both games in the bundle are lots of fun! :3 - Arak
