The lids don't even have a lockdown and allows moisture build up inside. The wall dividing the two halves has foam insulation. Rather freeze packs could be slid in between to help maintain the temperature except they expand, making it impossible. But if they had a separate groove to allow a module to slide in that might pass. Then pass through to allow the cool Frozen air with a fan to circulate the air would be better a cooling effect. Unfortunately the exact temperature would be more difficult to be maintained. But you have to remember when the temperature gets to 100° outside that period of time it helps to have a reserve Frozen pack. The rotor molded polyethylene is subject to cracking at freezing temperatures make it unsuitable for a freezer. Engineering design that has an internal wall dividing the two units with ventilation fan increase performance. Last the corded plug faces downward contacting the floor. There's no drain plug, possibly saving the floor from contamination water. There may be a way to design a half inch drain from the frost that builds up when the lid opens in high humidity.

The soles are ok but : outdry does NOT work, I bought the new peak freak shoes last year and found that water seeps in quickly from the front mesh. I raised a complaint that took 2 months to get through and then I got a replacement AND today it rained here in Germany and I once more found lots of moisture in my shoes all around the toes .... I hate it when big companies make a fool out of customers .... Better stay with goretex
