Can dry skin people can use it?

I have this and it's better than some of my more expensive perfumes, the la french party girl lasts all day long it's not even funny anymore and the fragrance turns all creamy and nutty in its dry down it's such a good perfume for such a small price. When i first bought it, i hated it but then i let it sit for a few weeks or so and fell inlove with it i am almost out of my bottle so I'll be buying a new one. Will defend this perfume with my life.
