Please which satellite can I use to get max tv? I've tried all I can but I'm not getting it.
You can simply do manual Scan by entering the TP: 12645 V 32700 but your Decoder must be multistream. If you are not Installer, call installer please

it was working well but right now Im having trouble getting the sound in vlc media player I hit .....open media ive got these settings... capture mode.... direct show vid device............ usb vid audio device............ default but not getting the audio.... I did before, but maybe i cant get the right combo of settings.... any advice ?

YOU RE A GENIUS.. I ve been struggling trying to get my dongle to play on my computor... thought it is audio and video signal ... why cant I get it to play in my computor. I ve posted on various tech forums and got nowhere. I went to obs studio .. could nt get sound... and the video pic was nt right... I watched your vid.... go to camera in windows... never thought of that... bingo , great vid pic in computor but.... no sound... then your other suggestion .. go to vlc player... bingo .. great sound (but no picture !) I go back to camera and make a 1 min video .... fab result pic and sound and good lip sync.... finally Ive got wot I want .. all those 100s of channels into my comp where I can do screen caps... make short videos... this is great .... thanks again for your advice.......

If caused by thunder ⚡ strike, give it to a professional Decoder Repairer to check for you but if caused by upgrading it with wrong software, you need reprogramming of the flash IC

Once again Mr Firstman, after creating that Logo, for me to download the image it required a subscription which I did not opt to. Is there other way to download images? I was using Looka software app. Unfortunately all my TVs don't have "Capture logo" option, that is Hisense and Telefunken.
Creating LOGO doesn't require subscription. Some TV's you have to enter a service code before you can do that

You can create your LOGO using phone or PC. The image file format should be JPEG and should be less than 60 KB. The recommended resolution should be at least 1920 X 1080 or 1280 X 720. It should be a clear picture please
MR Firstman, thanks for your reply. I indeed created the logo using look with my phone. Unfortunately all my TVs, Telefunken and Hisense doesn't have that "capture logo" option.

You have to download correct Software for your Decoder model please. I believe your software is not correct
