To test wiring or sensor you can swap sensors as inlet and outlet are the same. After swapping i had much better response and bad sensor does not always throw codes. Tricky one sometimes.

Did you have the same announciation every time you started the engine (til you fixed it, I mean) or it happened once. I recently had the same,while i was driving at 120km/h immediately ithe engine run in safe mode but after I stopped and relight the engine I have driven morale than 600km with full turbo pressure and nothing have happened yet...Please let me know if you experienced the same or if there was everytime the problem?
