Can you tell me the source of the Detroit graduation rate of 25%? I’m finding numbers like 80% in a quick search. I want to buy into this system. I would love to see the sources of your data to make me feel more confident.

I totally agree with switching philosopies to meet your children at certain milestones. I start with Montessori and move into Well Trained Mind After that. I am thinking that Instead of doing the Classical Rehtoric stage we might try the latter layout of the Thomas Jefferson Education. It can all be worked in. Lots of these idealogies overlap anyway. We just dont see or dont want to see it cause we are scared to draw outside the lines as a product of our Public School upbringing.
