@@thebackyardgolfer7010 I had almost bought this last night, then was doing research. It's really hard to find a launch monitor that doesn't require a subscription to play courses. Wish there was a lump sum amount to buy courses and just play them offline

I’ve done this as well but I’m way to lazy and an inexperienced videographer to make a video.
it does work, but it's a bit of a hassle, try the RCT balls they are not bad

I still have mine and use it every time, the battery lasts forever. Those are some cheap Inesis pants, good for the winter.
Im 68 so I thought get senior flex Dart F2 in my Srixon ZX5 DEADEST WORST FEELING SHAFT I HAVE EVER HIT IN MY LIFE!!! I actually hit my Ping Glide 4.0 46* PW with steel 115 gram shaft as far as the 8 iron which has 13* more loft. Oh ya and I also hated Recoil F3 I put in my old I500 and Recoil Smac Wrap F3 I had in my Mizuno JPX 923 Hot Metal Pro both these sets were sold because I was stupid enough to put UST shafts in them and now Im selling my Srixons will Never play any UST again (Ps. My buddy has ZX5 with KBS Tour Lite shafts hit them great)
I thought these shafts were pretty good until I tried the stiff 115 dymanic gold, give it a tried I was amazed

I think his real problem comes with swinging "unconsciously" 😅
I have the garmin. But I will say this. Why get the Garmin or any Simulator to hit foam balls. Just hit foam balls or buy the garmin sensors that go in the handle of your clubs. The foam balls won't tell anything for data. I have the foam balls for kids learning, and I invested in kirkland balls. What you need is sound proofing and sound dampening. Simple. Don't worry about foam balls. Might as well make it awesome. And if you shank one. Cover the dent with a cool Cat poster that gives advice. 😊
I agreed, some golfers are just concern with the noise, but I thinkg with proper insulation you get reduce the noise, I use an archery baffle netting and the sound is very light

Yes, that’s not bad for a 97mph swing, it goes just a little further at the course, but great golf balls both

Are you able to track your driving distance “as the bird flies” using this app?
I don’t think so, you have to tell the app the club you’re using the it tracks the ball based on your next location and so on

I hate to say it but your biggest problem is the weak grip , you slash at the ball which is ok but if you slash at the ball you cannot have the lead wrist in a position that allows the face to open at all , trail hand will learn to be comfortable if you let it lead it doesnt want to go underneath just move your lead thumb tighter and sit your trail nicely leading from the back . Its hard to adapt iron/ driver grips but a good takeaway prompt will make it easier for each . I do agree however that the upright setting on tm drivers is a good anti slice fix but its only temporary , you must grip strong left if you slash - its a down the line thing and a weak grip lets you cut across your front whereas a strong grip creates a block that swings/forces a more in to out movement in your body . Basically you cant cut a strong grip whilst trying to throw the club its going out right not cut left . Try throwing your driver up the garden with a strong left - youll see immediately a path change is required
Yes so many swing issues I had, I finally worked them out after so many years, for me ulnar deviation worked out my swing and I'm finally able to play better golf, thanks for your feedback

OK your remark "I don't want to end the video right now" had me. Due to the fact you probably debunked the effectiveness of that ball was bloody interesting. So the verdict is slightly open-ish. It seemed to help but wasn't perfect. Cool vid. 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Although these balls are especially designed for simulators I’m not sure if they are worth it!
i have a tons off problems with my grip, i would try this. i now use 10 finger . what program you use of gps?
I just use my range finder, but sometimes I use 18birdies or 19th hole, try a bit of ulnar deviation on your setup, it will help with your grip
What if you dont have a tripod? Can someone else record you?
yes you can, or I even tried placing the phone on the ground, it works, but the angles are not perfect

It depends on your swing and the shaft you’re using, playing with the right equipment can really help you, good luck 👍
Low spin will not hold a green even in real life.
3k rpm is not realistic for an 8 iron, I think it has to do more with the golf mat....
Thanks for the review. During my working years, I always hit ProV1, with company logo. Now retired, been hitting the Warbird for five years. Haven't missed a beat. I'm low single handicap. Other low singles stay away from the Warbird because of the price.......they think they are getting a better ball by paying more than twice the Warbird price. ;-) :-) ;-) Their loss!!!
Prov1s are definitely overrated and not suitable for many amateurs, I’m using the callaway chrome soft now and they’re great too 👌
Your 8 iron spin is very low, you should be around 5k
exactly, if I don't use the RCT balls I get less than 3K, with the RCT I get 5-6K, very big difference
Total distance on simulators always differs from in real life because you now introduce surface contact resistance. If you were to hit the same shot in a PGA green, that ball would roll 30 yards. You're better off going by the spin the sim is giving you. Take the RCT ball and the regular averages, then compare the two averages. The RCT ball will not be perfect on every shot, but it will register spin more than if you didn't have it. In several sims, you can adjust the total distance. Can you do that with your SIM software?
You can adjust the hardness of the fairway and the speed of the greens with e6 connect, but not the spin unfortunately, I should probably upgrade my golf mat for better spin numbers
Simulators (turf) are far more forgiving as well. Fat shots are not fat.

Very good video I personally play a pro v with dot on it but if the rtc ball comes down in price I will definitely consider it a mate of mine who plays of single figure plays with a taylormade pixel I told him it probably wouldn’t work but he seems to think it performs really well we play on gspro keep up the good work
A bit expensive, but they do check on the green, way better than rolling off the green

Seriously? You're comparing two different model balls. Plus they are models that are about 10 years old.
I'll do a proper testing next time, I just wanted to see if those lake balls were worth it. Many people claim they are not, but I did'nt really see much difference
