Neural (brain,) brachytherapy patient here. I maxed out my traditional dose of radiotherapy, and had some brachytherapy seeds implanted in the resection cavity after a recurrence. No, a half life means that in 12 hours. You would only have 1/4 of a barrel after 12 hours. In 18 hours, you would have 1/8 of the barrel etc.
