The washing part is good information but you should never dry your wig on a head block it will stretch the cap of the wig which will make it baggy over time and it will take much longer for the wig to dry. An open sided wig stand should be used.

I used TRESemme shampoo / Conditioner and it came out silky smooth and was completely fine

what if i use regular shampoo and conditioner
To avoid damaging your wig, we always recommend using wig care products that are free from sulfates. Not all regular hair products are safe for wigs and cause damage, however, you can find products that are OK to use, just make sure to choose ones that'll keep your wig in good condition!
I was told at the wig shop you can use Dawn dish soap.

You don’t need expensive shampoo. Synthetic wigs are not hair.
Hi Glenda, we would recommend using a shampoo or conditioner that's suitable for fibre hair to maintain the quality. They don't have to be expensive, for example, our T-Range shampoo here: bit.ly/3KPxHBG and conditioner here: bit.ly/3KRqcdl

There needs to be more curly wigs available. I havent found any wigs as good as my old Soul Ellen Wille which was discontinued. All curly wigs seem to be too short in length. In your video can you also show the inside of the wig. Some wigs are not suitable for people with complete Alopecia Universal. Are they Mono top, full cap or elasticated underneath ?

Hi, you don't need to comb synthetic wigs out after washing as they dry and return to their original shape naturally.
You're not suppose to brush wigs while they're wet.. brush the wig before you wash it
