Hey Tawny! Gruntilda mentioned the water being extra dangerous when you first entered the water. Honestly, she yammers a bunch of nonsense all the time so I can’t fault you for tuning her out. She’d also mentioned the thorns damaging you in the haunted house area but you figured that one out too.

You did shatter the eye with the beakbomb, for the Jiggy 🧩 But you can’t shatter the second one.

Episode 6 has some crappy start but I think later the levels get more interesting. Yeah the extra episodes for Spear of Destiny aren't good, best to just play the original SoD. By the way have you ever played Return to Castle Wolfenstein?

Although I wish the gameplay was more akin to Deus Ex and that there were more sidequests in this game, I still love it immensely.

A pity that it is the directors cut, but should prove enjoyable none the less.

I had this video get "randomly" selected to be shown on my feed. The helicopter firing missile and overly fake explosion on every death was a quick turn off.

Watching your videos made me anxious for some Wolfenstein action so I did a quick playthrough of Spear of Destiny over the weekend. If you ever decide to go through it (and you might have to because the guy from your intro video is from SoD), don't make the mistake I did and don't go for the highest difficulty. Spear of Destiny is much harder than the original Wolf3d and ammo and health are scarce. It starts off pretty innocent but the last few levels are pretty ridiculous. On plus side there's some new textures to make things fresh and some of the level designs are more interesting, especially the secrets.

I know you don’t like hints but I’m going to have to tell you because I don’t think you are ever going to figure it out. The Mummies in Gobis Valley, the Skeletons in this level, the ghosts in this level and the bees that attack you when you steal their honey…. Can all be killed with wonder-wing. 🪶

Episode 5 is quite fun, it's a good balance of difficulty, map size and treasures without going crazy in any direction. When you're done with Episode 6 you should use cheats to warp to the secret levels and play through those. Some are just like regular levels, but some are pretty "unique".

Banjo and Spyro came out months apart and were made independently, yet they both have a game where bats give you health. lol

Yeah, you go back to 4 lives when you start a game back up.

Mummies make Banjo feel under the weather If only he could use some Golden Feathers

I'm pretty sure all of the items, besides the level mechanic items like the boots, are 2D "gifs" (idk if they're actually gifs, but they move)

This level man. It... didn't break me but for the life of me, I couldn't find the second Key. Like right at the finish line I lost the plot completely and had to use a guide, I was defeated xD

Remember to look around the backround. Use the golden feathers against those mummy's

The big treasure room visible in 13:12 is one of my favorite parts of Wolfenstein3D. Probably much easier with a port with automap. My brother and I had to draw the map ourselves on paper to grasp it. To get inside the treasure room you have to do a specific series of wall pushes and it's very easy to block your path by pushing the incorrect wall. Took us a while but we were happy when we made it there.

This game is huge man. I've never went to that cave and somehow still got on that plane. There are a lot of alternate routes in this game it seems, I like it. Invites for multiple playthroughs :D The next level tho is the first in the whole trilogy I straight up didn't enjoy xD It was pain. Excited to see your take on it

47:09 I... oh god. I wasted so many health items on those damn piranhas because I didn't know you could do that. I just kept healing myself during the lever animation. I feel so stupid xD

I can usually 100 percent Mumbo's Mountain in about 10-12 minutes but every other world takes me at least 20 minutes. The last two worlds usually take me 40 minutes or more (probably closer to an hour for the final world).
