17 i know it without watching the video and that's for the first 4 arcs only (season 1,2) the number will increase but i am an anime only so i will have to wait for season 3. I also read the light novel up to volume 15 (last volume of arc 4) and the number of deaths is still the same but there is 1 death that was slightly different, it's death number 12 the first death of season 2 and the last death of arc 3, instead of subaru stabbing his neck with a broken knife after finding rem unconscious in crush's mansion yard, he instead learns of the attack on crush and rem and then finds rem sleeping peacefully in a room so he picks up a dagger stabs himslef thinking that he might be able to save her but ends up right infront of her in that room, yes the checkpoint is not in the carrige with emilia it's instead right infront of rem in the room she is sleeping in which honestly makes more sense, also subaru was about to stab himself again but he gave up after the tought that he is never getting back sank in, he also knew that if he did get back he won't be able to do s*it beating the white whale and Petelgeuse with his 10 fingers was hard enough how the f**k would he be able to beat two other sin archbishops while in the same time beating the white whale and Petelgeuse it's basically impossible. As for the other deaths all of them are the exact same except for minor details like in death 11 my favorite death, instead of Julius and Felix being the only people who witnessed subaru's death, Wilhelm actully was also with them but Julius is still the one who killed Subaru.
