Noticed this person mostly only using the shoulder weapons and doing other things like shooting health/ammo crates, just for anyone who gets this game and is new to it I'd suggest doing the training/control tutorials provided to you so you don't struggle and make mistakes like shooting crates instead of running through them, too bad this appears to be a one-off video, the game pretty chill and not too hard especially for snipers except for the battle crashers and some regional rank battles, the story is fun to playthrough to. Kill/money farming is really easy in the game especially the beginning though buying and selling stocks is a good trick to play before buying your first mech to get a better one

I don't know how many quarters I put into the R-Type(s) arcades at my local 7-11at 3am on any given day. I now have I, II, and leo on my home machine. R-Type Leo was the easiest, and never existed as an arcade, as far as I know. These later versions on various machines, while graphically impresssive, were just beyond my abilities to ever win. Irem was/is the best for side scrolling shooters!
