I happen to open a plate amp from a dd plus that was recently fixed and you’re right. They replaced that cap with a 470uf 10v. Not sure how you came to the same conclusion of 470 and not another capacitance. Thanks for confirming it

It's really unfortunate for such a car, i was surprised with the same problem and the bigger surprise was the very thin isolation between the roof metal and car inside, i live in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and with such weak isolation many problems came up with overheating inside the car, big failure by Nissan, won't buy any Nissan anymore and my advise is to stick with US brands made cars when it comes to this size of a vehicle

Hi Kevin, it was very informative. I have been trying to automate Pentair pumps with such custom automation. I checked the Flow buster but it is not available anymore on ebay. Do you know of any other places or options?

What sucks for me is that I can't actually return mine because it's been a month or 2 and I only use a laptop maybe a handful of times but it only exhibited this problem after the current update I gave it otherwise it was working great I used it about 3 or 4 times like I said and it worked wonderfully I used it for a couple of hours even and now because of the new update so I'm assuming that it's a software problem more than a actual hardware problem

For the back screws. What were they anchored into on the ceiling side?

For the 2 screws you used the thin bracket for i couldnt close the panel door after that. Those screws were recessed before getting pulled through so now they sit too low for the panel door to close

Omg 😳 I’m from Canada but i live currently in Japan and today i was going to buy this laptop but i was so lucky to come accidentally to this video! 😮 i definitely decided not to buy it after i saw 250 comments from people that faced the same issue and had a nightmare with HP . The problem isn’t exclusive to this model only but a lot of other HP laptop models as well. I have friends who live in Europe who was unlucky to buy normal HP laptops ( not 2 in 1 / convertible) and had huge issues with them . Some of my friends ended up smashing their Hp laptop with anger 😢 Me myself is a regular user for Lenovo laptops . I owned lenovo 360 convertible since 2016 until 2023 and been closing and opening the hinges roughly on daily basis and nothing happened until now. But the only reason i wanted to switch to this HP model that they said it’s smaller and lighter than Lenovo ! But now i know it’s not worth it. I advise everyone to buy Thinkpad Lenovo convertibles as they’re really the toughest business laptops in the market. They’re even used on board of the space stations and the rough engineering environments. Avoid buying HP , DELL , Panasonic laptops at all costs.

Having the same problem. My computer I bought November 2021 shuts down sitting on the table untouched. Battery charged unplugged from the charging cord. I’ve been able to reset it using the power button and mute button pushed together. Until now it won’t fire up at all. Thanks HP.

Same model, same issue not happy

Same thing just happened with our 2010 Armada today. Started drooping about a week ago and completely dropped out of the ceiling today. Had the same issue with the front console about a year or so ago and came up with a similar repair to your for that one. I'm still weighing my options on trying to do that for this one or just buy another one. Good thinking though.

We have the same issue with our envy laptop… I wish there was a way to solve this issue… Its become a huge issue in the last few weeks. Especially when you’re in the middle of a worship service and we loose all of our AV connections and monitors.

My HP is dead and I can’t get it to even reboot! So FRUSTRATING! I have school work and business work to do and I can’t seem to fond a solution to this. 👎🏼

i have the similar issue, mine just went shutdown out of sudden without any warning or so on, it repeat every 30min to 1hour, i tried many methods, still none of it can solve the problem! NEVER BUY HP LAPTOP! Mine is HP Pavilion X360 convertible with i7 8th Gen CPU and Nvidia MX250! the highest end in that series at that time! it just went all bad like just 1 month after the warranty expired, bloody wasting time and money!

Your not the only one. Mine does it too. I have been in Canada where the humidity is very low, I got a humidifier and a static mat that is grounded to a receptacle.

I’m starting to regret getting this laptop Mine keeps saying shutting down and it’s been like that for 24hrs and when it goes off and it comes on the screen is still the same “shutting down” and this pc is only 2 months old , I think I have no option but to take it for repair.
