Taughannock Falls, NY, is the tallest free-falling waterfall east of the Mississippi. With a drop of 215 feet (66 meters), it's 33 feet higher than Niagara Falls, but with a much smaller volume of water.

If you were in the car, you would change your mind. It looks different on camera with a fisheye lens. It was closer than it appears. As per Ontario law, you're not even allowed to make a turn before the pedestrian clears the crosswalk.
@@gr84all it only applies to crossovers and not crosswalks in Ontario. I always wait for them to fully clear the road if its a crossover but crosswalks I go as soon as my vehicle can comfortably fit. I wouldn't start my turn until then unlike what this cop did.

I've had to deal with people like that as a food delivery driver. I've also had to deal with people deciding to cross the street against the signal when I'm approaching and I have the green and it's only 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon
