Hello. I bought my 1710 in 2018 and it just rolled over 300 hours. Your videos are very helpful. Thankyou from North Eastern Ontario.
How's she goin'? Too bad your bearing failed, but I guess that's meant to be eh! That is a beauty of a log. Some big and will be great for your trailer. Great to see you back Serge! Take 'er easy!!
Please don't forget to put in a railing the full length of the ramp.
I am so glad you got better. I hope it will never come back. Praise God!
Very Nice Cutting Sir Cheers 😇😇👌👌🍻🍻
Welkom Back Sir 😇👍You are a very strong man 👍👌💪😇 You are in my prayers Sir Cheers 🙏🙏😇👌🍻
@@RCAFpolarexpress thanks
Serge, sorry to hear about your bout with cancer. I hope the cancer continues to stay in remission but you and I know that our Heavenly Father controls history. Continue to do the things you enjoy. We enjoy your videos and will continue to keep you in our prayers. Those nails could have done more damage than they did so I'm glad you stopped when you did to correct the problem. Take it easy my friend. Don 👍🏽🤠 07/27/24
@@houndsmanone4563 Thank Don ,thanks for the prayers. Now you know why no video for some time. Cancer is a battle and your left whit some collateral damage.
Good Evening Sir and be well 😇👌👍Cheers 🍻
@@RCAFpolarexpress Hello Dave, good to hear from you. Don
The cuts were smooth and clean. Before long you'll have some nice lumber to build. Will await Part 3 then see what you build. Take it easy my friend. Don 👍🏽🤠 07/27/24
Nice cuts, Serge. I was a bit concerned about you continuing to cut b/c you left your squre leaning against the cut log so I'm glad you stopped before cutting naother piece of lumber. Hope you're doing well, Good seeing your video. I'm about to watch part 2. 👍🏽🤠 07/27/24
Nice to see you again Serge! What a story. I think positive attitude can overcome many things. Must be so nice to "play" outside after such a challenge. Thanks!
Absolutely!
Haha.. "If you don't know ask the the dealer". Dude. If you don't know, don't make CZcams videos. Cause we come hear to learn to avoid asking the dealer. Dude just stop making videos. Lol. You suck.
Awesome video - great for DYI
Are those adjustable deck support anchored to the concrete pier block? I couldn’t tell in the video. They looked like they where not but not sure I couldn’t see good
No there not. they fit in them just the right size
Is this a homemade tooth or can I purchase one ?
Homemade made it my self and work great
It won't be long before those holes in that adjustment rod are going to be oblong. The thickness of the wall is not enough. You may want to think about welding some bushings on both sides of that rod on the holes you use the most. Other than that that's a pretty good simple setup.
Good Evening Sir, I Hope that you are doing ( NO VIDEO SINCE 11 Months FROM You !!! ) Cheers 👌👌👍👍😇😇🙏🙏🍻🍻

Salut mon ami ta souffleuse tu la pris ou et combien ça coûte Merci beaucoup
Very nice mill you have there! I hope to have mine done in the spring. What kind of log did you mill and are those the Ripper37’s with the 10degree tooth pitch?
I think it's just right
Was a chair lift not comparable??
Looking great so far! Any chance you could share where you got the adjustable posts? Or if there’s a name for them? Thanks!
Good lord TB, learn to edit. We don't need to watch the lawn for 2 min waiting for you to return to the camera!
great job on cab, how much it cost without all the add ons?
It costs me about 750$ including the light, fan, wiper, radiator , mirror and plastic. Plastic is allot more expensive now. The canapes was 500$. Fan, wiper, radiator and mirror got them at scarp ward.
if you blocked off the air intake under the steering wheel, how does the engine get air? I know tektite who makes a cab for massey says they dont do the cab air tight for this reason, it needs some air for the engine
Inside it's blocked but air flow from the outside.will make a video to explain.
Ok,but if they climb to pole next to the pvc pipe they can jump,no ? Squirrels are capable of jumping almost 12 feet.
As someone who has a 60” Meteor rear PTO snowblower • Nice to see you obviously maintaining and upgrading your equipment • Your snow blower sees to do the job with no issue even with this ‘very heavy ‘ snow • I made a similar update to my blower as you review at 4:20 in the video too • Thanks so very much for posting and sharing Mr Teddy Bear!! All the best and God Bless. 🙏❤🇺🇸

15 minutes with a Kabuta BX 25
how are you going to do the end of the ramp where it meets the ground pavers?
Another good note on the GC series tractors , they are OPEN center spools (valves). Yellow/blue is your hydraulic supply , blue is return to circuit(basically let’s the fluid flow to the next spool or hydraulic valve in the circuit )red is your return to tank (generally your pressure relief ) generally if your interested in using a splitter , you will just use the blue/yellow supply and red return directly to tank . Only thing is the FEL will not be available while using it . You will want to make sure every implement that has hydraulic spools (valves) has an open center , you may be able to get away with a tandem center depending on application . Quick basics … open center means when the valve is in neutral the (center position ) the fluid flows freely through its feed and return ports on to the next in the circuit (also your working ports A and B are open as well )as these tractors use a fixed pump meaning it runs no matter what when the tractor is on . The other center is closed center , meaning the opposite. In neutral position all ports are closed (you DO not want this valve as the hydraulic pump will dead head at the valve and note travel , these spools are for closed center variable pump applications where the pump speed adjusts as needed) . The other common spool is a tandem center spool . This spool in neutral has the supply and return open however the working ports Aand B (cylinder feed ports ) remain closed so that the cylinder stays in position when in neutral . A tandem center spool can be used with open center circuits /systems if you need this function . Might as well cover it since we’re this far lol . You may also need to know what type of cylinder your using . Single action meaning you are only controlling the cylinder one direction or dual action meaning you can control it both directions when needed this is why you have an Aand B port .
where did you get the hooks? what is the length of the 2" pvc sections?
this is called a home owners backhoe
Shout out from scotia! Respect to you and your family. Thanks for the video -1
Brilliant. How has it held up and have you made any changes?
Well done!
Good evening Sir and welcome back 👌😉👍 You are in the snowing region like me in the Saguenay region 👍😉👌 Great idea about using a brush 😉👍 Pretty Cat with an attitude 🤣🥴👌👍 Yes Vinegar is a great pest equalizer 🤣💪👌 Have a great week and can't wait to see your videos Cheers 🍻
Nice to see you Serge! The brushes is a great idea. Yea, it's been five years for my GC too. They do have some issues but over all I think they are great tractors for their size. Have a good week! See ya!
Nice video. I like the idea of the brushes on the wheels. I agree, the GC tractors are very reliable.
Hey there Serge. I like that idea of mounting bristle brushes against the band wheels to brush off the excess saw dust. That makes sense to limit the amount of saw dust build-up between the blade wheel and the blade. I think you may be talking about what we called weather-board or lap-board on the outside of houses. It was common on homes up north. I'd help my dad paint the exterior of the house about every 3 to 5 years. It was a chore to say the least and then vinyl siding emerged (which my dad said was the worst thing to put on the exterior of a well constructed house). sure is good seeing your video and I hope you, mom, and dad are doing well. Okay my friend, be well. Don 👍🏽🙂 3/31/22
hi Don ,that is what I ment Lap board siding.I think it look great too if you put a clear stain on it to see the grain of the wood.
Salut Serge!!! Sounds like you have had a busy winter. The saw mill is starting to pay for itself eh!! I'll be watching for the GC tractor review. I know it will be an honest one and I was happy to hear that you didn't have any serious issues with the tractor. My tractor is 15 years old and I only have 1200 hours on it!! It' s barely broke in!! Have a nice week and thanks for posting.
Yes bin really busy. Review will come soon if mi back feel better I did fall on ice on the 10 of February and still hurt. I did shop for a set of fork that goes on the pin can't wait to try it .
@@MRnounoursSQ Oh no. I sure hope your back gets back to normal Serge. Backs sure can hobble us eh!!!
Good to see you back! You are making good use of that saw mill. You still have a lot of snow. Seay safe and warm. Later
Thanks mi friend
Hey there Mech. Are you still under snow? Hardly any snow here as usual. North Carolina doesn't get that much snow. Later, my friend.
@@houndsmanone4563 The last time I saw snow was about 4 weeks a go.That was only 1/2 of an inch. Good talking to you my friend. Later

Slow down your ground speed to a crawl. It should go into lawn and come out smooth and black
👍
I am building one on a restaurant. Nailing will never last, 3inch deck screws also your turn points look like they may be an issue once the railing is on
Wow, we grow rhubarb like weeds here in Fairbanks AK and love it. We grow a whole 40 foot row and they get about 36" tall and beyond...... We use it as weed control and soil holding, along with jams, drinks and pies etc... Its indestructible and is first to come alive in the spring after -36f winters.
Excellent idea Cheers from Alaska
