White blades look good😊
We fix sh t with tape
somwtimea
I’ve just finished curing one for 4H
How did you install the LED light kit?
it should just plug on
Lol , Master Bruce
would you throw the canvas away? and just sheet it
the canvas helps with noise
How do you compact?
I just back fill then run over it qith the trencher and backfill some nore
The ones that care about the yard greatly will pack with a sledgehammer then rake in the backfill, the results are amazing, but it is time consuming and eats your lunch
@abijahgribble2249 yea most people don't wanna pay that extra time
@daviscfad most definitely, I'm a foreman contracted through a prestigious gas company and they respect the final product a whole lot more, especially in established residences. If that pack ain't right boy them customers come calling as soon as a heavy rain hits and she sinks even a half inch 🤣
@abijahgribble2249 oh yea it dont take much
hey David, what outlet pressure should i be aiming for on a gas valve converted for propane?
always go by the manufacturer specs usually listed on the equipment
@@daviscfad thats the problem im having, nowhere on the nameplate for the furnace nor the manual for this gas valve does it show pressures for propane converted only for ng. the valve is field converted and i know how to check and adjust the pressure just stumped on what exactly to put it at, right now it's floating right around 7inwc
usually supply wc is 11 to 14on the inlet side of the regulator
@@daviscfad yup ive got 14 on inlet side. im thinking the 7 on the outlet side here is too low as the exhaust pipe is all sooted up. just for context im trying to resolve a poorly burning unit, big blast of flame on startup and sootlined exhaust pipe has me thinking too low pressure. i may just order a new conversion kit and redo it hoping that desired outlet pressure will be in those instructions w the kit. thanks for your fast replies
@@pcgtrader have you checked the burners to make sure they aren't rusted up
Your video just saved me a lot of time, thanks !!
How fast? Looks great btw
with the appion pump like 2 mins
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Mine is kicking out in the first two seconds and is drawing 35 Amps
swept blades!
Do you ever use both tape and sealant?
sometimes
My error was 0x050000. Realized I had some tags in the Cmore project that were not in the PLC. Deleting them solved the error. Thank you!
Thank you for this info 👍
I,m think the abaut you ,brother
Good job....🎉
That's pretty wild. 3 years ago I went on a service call, to a 1960s diner that I and two fellow electricians were working on just a couple of days prior replacing the main panelboard. One of the janitors plugged in a floor polisher that went unusually fast and smoked up. Supply was 120/240 3 phase delta, there was also a single phase subpanel feeding the lighting, security system and some of the receptacle loads, and I was rushing because it was close to midnight when we finished and installed the stinger leg on phase B according to the 2020 NEC, without confirming from my partner who removed the old panel which phase the stinger was on, it was originally on phase C, and he didn't confirm with me where I landed it. The security system was unharmed because it had been on phase A, and the lights were F32T8 electronic ballasts that were 120~277V, so they were fine on the 208V stinger, therefore everything was normal when we left, but we definitely should have verified voltages. Oops.
I use both
Tip: You can take it a step farther a rinse the butter in cold water a few times to remove even more of the buttermilk and the butter will last even longer .
Commercial coolers take around 25lbs when topping them off ? I have a coke cooler it holds 16.5 Oz and I topped it off to around 5lbs and it’s cooling should I have added more?
You have to go by nameplate
Heh.... Jacket off
I call BS! No new wire or new lug. Electrical tape and wire brushed the lug.
Lol ok fritz
Lucky no fire
Didn’t know lose bolts cause heat like that
Oh yea. It creates heat when the connection is loose
How much did the customer pay for that?
1 million dollars 🤑
Maybe investigate the reason it did that. If you just replace the wire and the lug, would it stand to reason there was a cause?
The wire was replaced several months ago, and has been fine. This panel is old and will be replaced this summer. To my knowledge it's never been pmed
That's not a repair job It's a service upgrade. It's going to happen again to much load being used. Needing a 200amp
It's for sure on the verge if being overloaded
Dang it was red hot 🔥
It was a fireball
No torque marks on those lugs, no anti seize, definitely 😁 wasn't inspected it never would have passed.
This was done probably 40 to 50 years ago
, pull the blower out, recover the Freon and pull the coil
Yup
Thats likely a contributing factor to the failure. Should have been a suction core before that suction bell screen. Its not common to see those screens clogged up like that.
It actually had a core drier filter installed. So I'm not sure how it got that stopped up. I know it was converted from 22 to 407c
@@daviscfad makes sense now. for any conversion from Mineral Oil to POE, the result will be stuff moving through the system and causing liquid driers, txv cleanouts, suction cores, liq cores to clog. The remaining Mineral in the system coagulates. Also, in any Mineral to POE conversion, it is recommended to change all BVs on the high side and TXV bodies. That is totally an unusual find. Just recently happened to a customer, nobody could figure out why the comp suction pressure wouldnt change while running.
Arc flash causes getting hotter melting aluminum copper
For sure Heating up
If it gives you the option I would install a main breaker for overcurrent protection. That will help prevent Is that from happening
It actually had one
It doesn't really get much closer than that.
It was bad
Burning down the house😲
Isn't that tim the tool man taylors theme song
I wanna see you use it on the air duct connects
Ok
Those damn building regulations. And god damn electrical inspections.. fxcking electrical saftey. Health and safety bollocks... is what everyone says until this happens....
Who is the DODOs that say a Trane is not good. They probably don't know how to install or repair them properly. I've never seen a Trane break down including mine which has to be 35 years old. Now that I know a Mitsubishi is Trane a Heatpump will be by next upgrade.
I’ve seen a very loose spade on a meter get red hot too….the whole meter base had to be changed out….
Lucky it didn't destroy the buss bar.
Yup
I’ve seen that before, it was after hurricane Laura and the lineman swapped the neutral and one of the hots on my brother in laws house. He called me and said man my fans are all running stupid fast, my A/C is blasting air out the vents…. “TURN YOUR MAIN OFF ILL BE RIGHT THERE!” That house would’ve burned down
That's all set up and still get plc-26 error
Unfortunately I don't work at the college anymore so I wouldn't be able to assist any further. I hope you get it figured out. It's most likely a setting wrong

No se
Do you have a video of how you guys replaced the wire and the lug that would be sweet to see!
Unfortunately we don't. It was ran into a junction box about 15 foot away. We were able to disconnect the old one and reconnect the new one with a split bolt. Took like an hour to replace. Has been running great for 6 months but the plan is to replace it this summer
❤❤❤❤

Where can I order a back fill blade ?
I got mine with the trencher
When checking we can use either color of lead. Ex: I watch other video, some guys use red for common and black for Fan.
Yea it doesn't matter the lead, only the setting and that you have one on common and the other ones on herm or fan
