My 1 stumbling block: how to change your perspective into "I can. I am capable. I will be able to" when your entire foundation from childhood was "you cant, don't even try, you're the worst bla bla bla". How to change your inner voice which most times lines up with what ypu were told, to a new voice that not only says "yes you can" but BELIEVES it aswell?
