The iMac 21.5" 2012 has the same part number LCD panel as the EARLY 2013 21.5" model with the part number 661-7109. The LATE 2013 iMac 21.5" LCD panel has a different part number 661-7513 so it is a big risk plugging into a 2012 iMac.
