Graham we love you! I saw CSN in 1982 and I was " up in the air" for weeks!
Thanks for sharing! I’m the drummer in the video. I had such a wonderful time touring with Jon. He’s just amazing and an incredible mentor!
@@AshvsDrums It looks like everyone had a good time - especially the audience. You guys were fantastic!
❤❤❤
Yipes, you kno ur old when ur idols look like ur contemporaries. LOLOLOLOLOLOL
My favorite ❤
❤Rest in Peace, My Friend❤
Dear Graeme.
Almost seen? Always thought he said Almost sin. Oh well.
Love your poems and your music with the Moody Blues.
❤❤❤
💋❤❤❤
Such a joy to hear his voice even though he is gone ....
First time I’ve ever seen it recited by Graeme himself. Wonderful, even without music, perhaps especially without music.
Nice video I wish I was there!
We miss you Graeme.
love this, love his mirror of life
he was my grandpa. may he rest in peace.
You had one of the coolest grandpas ever. My condolences.
I always like to hear Greame recite his own poetry.
Only a Brit could pull that off.
Would love to hear that tape
I got goose bumps listening to that
I thought that was Pinder's composition
Awesome man! The third brother! Great memories those guys all have
This filled my eyes with tears. How lovely.
Se le extrañará, uno de los mejores bateristas del rock.
Dayton? As in "Ohio"?
this inspired me to write my own compositions!
I was there. God bless you Graeme!
We have lost a great and talented man. I hope the white eagle of the north is looking after him. The man may be gone, but his music live on!
And to think this poem was the result of a cross country trip from Chicago to New York in 1968.
I have quoted 'The Dream' (in it's entirety) in written communication (letters of farewell), numerous times and verbally (with sincere expression) in college Oral Communications class, giving Graeme Edge credit each time! He was certainly the most poetic drummer of my life and I believe the best rock solid drummer as well! The Moody Blues sound would be missing a key element without him! 'I'll be level with you' Graeme, I hope to see you in the next dimension.
Graeme is so right ….
Goose bumps
I committed this to memory along with so many others years ago, and although Graeme is now passed, I remember it and hear his voice recite it...
That brought tears to my eyes. RIP Graeme
Ric, your not the only one. Crying!! RIP Graeme.
Oh I'm so sad....rest in peace Graeme...you are dearly loved and missed.thank you for the music I have listened to for 50 years..my heart hurts
RIP Thanks for the great music.
Rest in peace prayers to your family
thank you. he was my grandpa
lets hear it
I sure do not enjoy the filthy talk in the words you just said do you think that was necessary I think it was awful and I turned it right off and I love the Everly Brothers, it doesn’t become you you’re a celebrity and a singer you need to have more class then you just displayed on this video I’m so 😔sad, where is your integrity 🤔
Fuck off
@@ladyspookums I see you have a potty mouth, too. They say that people who have to use foul language do not have a good grasp of the English language.
@@cathrinecolwell3303 They who?
Apparently he did, or he wouldn't have said it. Grow up!
I see Greg decided to use Al's revised version.
great.
Whats on your shirt?
what hes actually telling you is that crosby stiils and nash IS everly bros in three part
The "ONE & ONLY" Everly Brothers! Only History will tell if there is any duo that could be greater than The Great Everly Brothers! A very high bar to meet! So far, there is NO ONE that can compare or have come close!
Thanks for sharing. Wish I could have gotten to Cleverly earlier to see this, but happy I made the concert.
Don can still sing! Sounds good too!
Don may look 'old'...but that distinctive ring of his voice is still great! I know how much he and Phil influenced countless groups from the Beatles on down....but they were an inspiration to thousands more of us (amateurs) who still play many of those classics....and we still "try" to hit Phil s high harmony....look forward to seeing the entire program....^/^
Wonderful to see Don having a great time and singing really well! Phil will always be missed. In their day, they were the best...loved them dearly and still do. Their music will never die...it still sounds so fresh.
