Because life can be so hard,i am an introvert and i feel more comfortable at home and get really easy triggered or stressed out when i am out and about. And there are days when i dont feel like being around people,as you said being gentle and kind to yourself is so important,if you need to cry it out let it come,meditate,journal,making a good matcha,take a shower, buy flowers,read,rest...
