Please keep viewers informed about the grease your using. I have very thin hair. I have been suffering a long time with problem hair. Thank you and God bless you!!!
I think personally it's a direct result of ths poisoning hair relaxers that were specifically released for our people. I am willing to bet that the majority of us, that have developed this illness, all used relaxers on our natural hair.
Thank you for being so courageous and sharing your story, I have also been experiencing hair loss around the same areas however, I have adjusted my diet to no processed foods, ,, drinking black teas etc, henna, aloe vera, Ayurvedic herbs, treatments, tea rinses, derma rolling, regular scalp massages, juicing ,exercising, increase in my water intake and also taking vitamins. My hair has started to grow back even though some areas are short there are no more bald patches.
Very pretty❤
🤎
Thank you so much for sharing. I have felt so alone. I have really had to adjust my mindset to truly understand I am not my hair. You are beautiful inside and out. Thank you for helping me and other accept and love ourselves through the process. You are a blessing. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏
Ask your doctor for metformin topical
God bless you my sister! CCCA is taking too many follicles! They blame it on perms, braids, and chemicals. Not true, I don't wear braids I stopped perming my hair in 2010 going natural was the worst thing for me. I can't use oil because it makes me itch, After the itch here comes the fall. I have changed my diet, supplement, and use too many gadgets.. It has slowed the fall but not stopped it. What made it worse is all the junk dermatologist recommended. Know and learn your body it's what's getting better for me.
Bless you heart. You are beautiful. I was 70 when my situation became obvious. I’m 74 and my crown is slowly regrowing. D3 and MSM has helped. Less sugar, minimize stress and take one day at a time.
So I have spoken a few dermatologist and a hair transplant would work as long as your condition is in a dormant state. I’m planning on getting a hair transplant
Ask someone who suffers from the same condition I got the Cortizone shots a few years ago and that grew my hair back in my hair back when you stop my hair oh my God you know I was high and I stopped getting Cortizone shots and my condition came back now. I am researching and going back to the dermatologist and I’m looking to see what else, I can use on top of the shots to get that boost another CZcamsr said she saw Palmetto pills turmeric with black pepper and oil. I can’t remember if she use but she’s on here as well. She’s on CZcams and I’m gonna get those vitamins start.
Thank you for sharing your story. I understand and I relate to you❤.
Thanks for being so brave. You're certainly not alone. Many of us are struggling with similar issues and looking for solutions.
You are sure a blessing. I been dealing with the samething. I use Irestore elite
I was diagnosed with CCCA back in 2015. My hair grows and breaks so always appears like it’s not growing. My triggers are stress for CCCA. I’ve been reading that diet and stress impact this disease. But now that I’ve entered menopause, it’s another level to deal with. Keep the faith and be encouraged. Your beautiful. 🙏🏾❤
Thanks for sharing your journey!
Your So Brave and Not Alone ❤
You’re not alone.🥰
You look Beautiful!! I pray for my hair to grow back.I am almost completely bald!
Thank you. Are you seeking any treatments?
I also have been diagnosed with ccca. I am currently going through this. And it saddens me.

Stop, and I repeat, stop 🛑 putting oils on your scalp. Your scalp produces sebum, you are blocking the hair follicle and even causing infections by creating a tasty environment for microbes while suffocating the follicle and hindering its ability to work. I don’t say this to be unkind, I say this because I wonder if no one has said it to you before. You are a textbook example of how women lose their hair. In the first place you abused your scalp with tension and chemicals because you expected to be bald anyway, didn’t think to seek professional help until prompted by a man you couldn’t wear wigs around 24/7. You then resisted the professional prescriptions to remain ‘natural’ and further abuse your scalp with oils even though your weight clearly indicates you’re not a generally healthy or wholistic person. You managed to regrow some hair and immediately proceeded to add tension by corn rowing it even while wearing scarves or wigs most of the time that reduce blood flow in your scalp. I see other women in your comment sections talking about oiling their scalps everyday 🤦🏽♀️ if they’re like most black women their scalps have seen more than enough oil from scalp greasing and sebum build up from infrequent cleansing with proper sulphate shampoos. I hope this reaches you, your practices have and are still sabotaging your scalp and your hair follicles are trying to survive your bad habits. I hope you read this and are moved to reduce the tension, stop the oiling and take those medications and steroid injections because it’s too late to try being natural and healthy. You have to admit to yourself that you don’t know how to do that and maybe you can reach some other women who are blocking their follicles on their tensioned scalps and making a buffet for the microbes on their scalp even while they wonder what could possibly be the cause.
Hmmm sure. That sure is not orange juice or lemonade
It is not. Pineapple 🍍 golden berries, yellow pepper, golden beets, ginger
🌿Thank You🌺 for the helpful information🌿Enjoyed the video. Have been taking these hair vitamins less than a few weeks, with nice results. Appreciate the additional info. Will share soon. Learning that healthy kidneys, liver, and blood flow [nitric oxide] help with hairgrowth. 🌿👑🌿GOD BLESS🌿🕊🌿
You are welcome. I'm glad you are seeing some progress. Thanks for watching and showing love ❤️
Thank you for your video. I have ccca. Ive been looking in to that cap, i think im going to get it.
Yes good tool to have in the toolbox. You are welcome
@@KrisSymmetry does it matter which one I get? The cheaper one has 100 and something lights and the one that you have has 200 and something.
You’re beautiful
Thank you
I'M GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING BUT MINE US FAR WORSE THAN YOURS AND IT IS HARD FOR ME TO LOOK MYSELF IN THE MIRROR THE TOP OF MY HEAD IS BALD AS WELL AS THE WHOLE LEFT SIDE. I JUST HAVE TO BE GREATFUL THAT I'M STILL ALIVE AND WELL REGARDLESS OF MY APPEARANCE!!! THANK YOU GOD FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!
Hey I understand facing that mirror can be problematic. Please watch the other videos about coping and healing from hair loss. we are not defined by our hair. You have to see the beauty with in then out. You are beautiful. Thank you for sharing
Girl me 2! I am feeling you on this topic. I am sooo upset about it but learning to accept it is hard.
Hey, acceptance is always the hardest and the most necessary. Healing begins at acceptance. You are beautiful regardless.
Go girl!! I was screaming at the tv when you took your scarf off! I’m right there with you! 🥹🥹 We’re not alone ❤
Hey friend no we are not alone that is the crazy part. The very thing that I was hiding and ashamed of has opened many doors for others to say me too. We are not defined by our hair there are so many solutions nowadays I feel blessed. Thank you for sharing
How is your hair doing now, I know CCCA is very temperament.
It's at a stand still no real progress. I have not been consistently treating it either. Still looking for the right combination. I'm focused on my hormones and food at this point. It's a journey.
@@KrisSymmetry I wish you all the best!
@@twiggs65 thank you same to you my dear. Thank you for asking.
I found out I have Scarring Alopecia 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I have CCCA 2. I had the scalp procedure done from my dermatologist yesterday where a plug was removed from the top of my head, it's stitched up.
Really, tell me more about CCCA 2. Yes I had a scalp biopsy to diagnosis it, oddly enough it still itches from time to time. Welcome
I am so happy for you!! I have watched your hair loss journey, got the irestore around the time I think you did but wasn’t consistent. I’m back on it now. I have CCCA and you mentioned you had been going on this journey holistically. Can you tell me what supplements (if anything) you have been taking and in addition to nutrition and exercise what else have you been doing?
Thanks a bunch. I decided to see a functional medicine doctor ( watch latest video). I have been using the supplements he suggested based on my blood work. In addition I started taking herbal supplements like rhodiola & bladderwrack to help keeping cortisol low, I am focused on supporting my thyroid (hypo) since that is the main component in my situation. I suggest would reaching out to Dr. Nina Ross (in ATL) she specializes in CCCA and in now a functional medicine doctor. Hope that helps
@@kristynwells7059 yes this is very helpful, thank you! May God continue to bless and empower you on your journey.
Your hair is super cute❤
Thank you
Thank you for sharing I have the same thing going on with the crown of my hair I have CCCA and I just started going to the dermatologist. I have always been real thin and fine and I guess even when I was permanent and stuff it was always kind of the end at the top, but I did go to dermatologist, and now I am doing some treatment and this is 2023 what is it October 25 probably 2023 so I’m gonna see how this work things I’m using this Roque is DHT some type of blocker to block test test of all that’s in my hair follicles thank you for sharing .
Thank you for sharing I hope you see some results soon. Be patience in the process
you are so beautiful
Thank you.
Massage your scalp every day, twice a day. I spray peppermint and rosemary oil in spray bottle. I use ten drops of each, and fill spray bottle with water. This time in 6 months your hair will be back.
It’s Carol Daughter Aloe Vera Shampoo, I used.
I watch your videos and I am so thankful for your openness, but I have answer you can do for hair loss. My husband pass 3 years ago and yes it is hard, but by the grace of GOD, I made it through. My hair has thin out a lot in my crown, but this is what I’m going now to get my hair back and it is working, first I detox my scalp with apple cider vinegar.1/4 of cup and 1 cup and half of water. I shampoo my hair with aloe Vera shampoo , then I pour the apple cider vinegar on my scalp massage in in really good, let it set for about ten minutes, and rinse out. Now I put my rice milk on my scalp about a half hour. Rinse out after that do a deep moisturizer conditioner. After that I do a LOC, LIQUID, OIL, CREAM. Now doing the week, I spray rosemary water on my scalp and massage it in every other day, and I oil my scalp aloe Vera oil, and I have oil with msm in it. The rice milk is from CZcams name Kinhbs natural,
The CZcams is Kihbs natural. HOW TO MAKE RICE MILK FOR MASSIVE HAIR GROWTH. it works, the first day it did it may hair stop falling out. My hair my hair is growing back, and can see little hair coming up, I’m on the same journey as you, but GOD got us and you hair will be back.
Thanks for sharing your story, I know this is a sensitive topic for you but I can tell your a strong woman and it will be ok, it’s going to grow back fully in Jesus name I pray. God bless you.😊
I receive your kind words. Stay beautiful and blessed
@@KrisSymmetry Thank you

Man, wish I saw this last year!
Bless your soul! I’m so sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one is devastating, but the Lord will give you comfort and strength!! ❤️❤️💐💐
Thanks for the info on iRestore. My case of CCCA is also severe but I have 4C hair in locs. I’m worried that spending so much money wouldn’t be effective with locs getting in the way. What do you think?
Hey girl Heeyyyyyyy!!!! Be YOU! Beautifully human! You owe no one anything. Thank you for your honesty and video. Life is happening, let it! Email me and let's catch up!
Hey lady thank you. I will reach out soon.
Hi Queen! You are beautiful❤️
Thank you.
I appreciate you. Stay beautiful
Did you use the laser on clean scalp and could you use it with oils or grease on your scalp and hair?
Clean scalp however if it's a wash day I would clean with ACV on a cotton ball and wipe off
@@KrisSymmetry thank you
Hi new to channel are you relaxed ur hair lioks good ❤
Did it work.......
Hey, you can watch my update video. It did help grow some hair back, it will really depend on the severity and the type of alopecia. Yes it did work in conjunction with all the other remedies. I'm getting ready to use on a regular again so I will have another update video soon.
Can you do another update ?
Hey I will do another update soon enough. Honestly there hasn't been much to update on. Thanks for you comment and request.
