This movie is an hour and 45 minutes, and Edward has about 2ish minutes of dialogue ! He’s very soft spoken 🥺 Things he said twice: Why? Thank you. I’m sorry. He said Kim’s name a lot less than I thought he would: in fact out of everyone, he says Kevin’s name the most. Update, I think I left out him saying, “sorry I’m late” WONDERFUL

When I was younger, I didn't like Kim for a bit. It was because I thought the same, I hated that she never saw him again because she wanted "him to remember me the way I was". But then you realized tbh Kim was the only person who showed Edward love in that way, romantically, and it is supposed to be a fairytale afterall, so there's some bittersweetness to it ; I see Kim now as someone who really helped Edward, she's the reason the townspeople left him alone. I think they both did something for the other, really; Kim is crucial to Edward's happiness ! So I do love her for that
